Daocheng Yading Boxin • Yunjing Hotel

I have never written such a true and long review! One of the stops on the self-driving route 318, preparing to go to Daocheng Yading, came to Shangri-La for accommodation. I was really lucky to book this hotel. On the day of booking, the hotel staff was very considerate to call to ask what time we would arrive, and took the initiative to add WeChat, sending detailed pictures of finding the parking lot, and then sent a lot of guides and precautions for traveling in Daocheng Yading! It was almost 10pm on the night of check-in when the hotel staff greeted us at the door, directed us to the parking location again, and offered to help with the luggage. When we checked in at the lobby, they thoughtfully poured us cola, ginger tea, and rhodiola rosea water. They were warm, enthusiastic, and considerate throughout the whole process. We booked two nights, and they even upgraded my room for free. The first feeling when I entered the room was that the price and sanitation were simply super value! We went out the next day. The breakfast was very rich and well kept warm. When we came back at night, we found that the room was super tidy. Cleanliness was no big deal. The skin care products on the table were collected into my makeup bag, the clothes on the sofa were neatly folded, and the things on the washbasin were also neatly placed. All the items in the room were replaced with new ones. Every service staff in the hotel is super nice. They patiently answered every question I had and helped me when I needed help. I asked them to help me book a discounted ticket for Aden Code, but I couldn't go because of a fever. They also worked hard to coordinate a full refund for me. At night, when they passed by the lobby and saw that I was not in good condition, they took the initiative to ask for help and poured me water. They were always concerned about my physical condition. I was very sorry about the refund, but he comforted me in return. I was supposed to stay here for only two nights, but their enthusiasm and service made me feel it was worth staying here for one more day, and watching the Aden Code show by the way. I asked them to help me book tickets and choose a good seat at a discounted price. I decided to continue staying here for 3 days. This hotel is the one I like and miss the most in my current travels. In this place, tourists can feel the warmth of home! Every single one of the hotel staff deserves my long review for this! The hotel is very large, with nice surrounding scenery, good air, and quiet sleep. It is very suitable for people who have high requirements for the surrounding environment. The lady at the front desk is gentle and enthusiastic, and it is convenient to go to the scenic spot.
