這次入住體驗真的超出預期！從踏入大堂開始，前台妹妹工號9002，展現出了超貼心的服務，辦理入住速度很快，還主動幫忙提行李，介紹了酒店的設施和周邊便利。房間乾淨整潔得讓人眼前一亮，床品柔軟舒適，晚上睡得特別香，完全沒有街道的噪音干擾。
早餐種類特別豐富，中西式都有，食材新鮮，味道也很贊，尤其是現做的早餐檔口，師傅的手藝超棒。酒店的位置也很方便，離馬路很近，去景點和商圈都很順路。退房時前台還送了小伴手禮，細節滿滿。總之，無論是商務出行還是旅遊度假，這裏都是絕佳選擇，已經把它加入我的收藏列表了，下次來一定還住這兒！

酒店規模，房間很大，服務態度很不錯，需要水或者浴巾的時候呼叫前台立馬就能送到房間，房間有中央空調，早餐在川西算很不錯的了。酒店在新城裡，周邊挺方便的。價格實惠，總之很好。

就事論事，總體很讓人失望，剛辦理入住的時候感覺前台不是很利索。三個人住剛開始沒有把房間安排在一起也沒什麼，但是其中一間房間衞生條件極差，牀頭櫃和牆面上都有不明白色物體。床鋪也是有很多褶皺，看着像是用過的。馬桶是最不能忍受的，上面有黃色的臟東西，很噁心。門口的燈也是壞的，一直在閃，床頭的兩個燈更是直接不見了。
反映過後安排了換房，但是酒店方的態度很奇怪，剛開始好好説換房的時候告訴我們本樓層沒有房間了，發完脾氣以後又有房間了，之後酒店的方安排了果盤致歉，整體服務態度還是可以的，但是住店體驗真的很差勁，大家據情況斟酌吧。
