極差，非常差，沒住過這麼差的店。
1️⃣房屋是臭的 被子是潮的，入住後打電話問可不可以調房間，前台告訴我調了也是樓下這個位置的，我説能不能別有味別潮啊，告訴我 不保證都一樣的，我説那行 挺晚了就不折騰了。
2️⃣十點多給我打電話問續住嗎，我説一會就離開大慶了，不續住了，兩點之前退房，前台告訴我延時不了兩點，已經都訂滿了，我説好 那我自己在軟件上看能不能弄吧。（第一次聽説訂滿和兩點退房有關係？）態度很消極。
3️⃣我在樓下掃的充電寶 麻煩**小哥幫我帶下去還了 **小哥問吧枱機器在哪 吧枱告訴不是他家的 讓去隔壁洗浴 去了又回來問吧枱 非説不是他家的 對**小哥帶理不理 請問是*****？自己睜大眼睛看看是不是你家的 。
4️⃣附帶一條昨晚進屋洗漱的事情 打開水都是銹 都是泥 屋子裡不乾淨 地黏，服務態度極差，等我這兩天到家有時間會打電話進行投訴。

沒想到居然定了個套房，兩個衞生間，很方便，屋裡很乾凈，但畢竟是早年裝修，個別設施有點陳舊，比如浴巾，另外出水有點小，洗澡不過癮，但整體來説還是很好的。客服的服務也很到位。

超級差評，房間的空調不好使，讓前台給處理！就出去辦事了，回來還是不好使的，打前台電話。要求解決問題，長時間沒人搭理（且前台不接電話）後來來了個所謂的經理！説能調監控和錄音！後來又調不了錄音了，光剩監控了（半夜1點）！已經投訴，會持續跟進！服務真的太差了！入住一定提前看好！免得後悔莫及！！！（常年出差得人2024年首個差評）

剛到酒店就受到前台接待人員王雅美熱情、耐心、周到的接待，她用她燦爛的笑容温暖了住客的心，非常感謝她。酒店房間也很乾凈整潔舒適，早餐很可口，周邊環境也很好，下次有機會來大慶還住宜必思。
