The moment I arrived at the Hotel, wow! The ambiance and amenities are cool, classy and worth every penny. I exceeded my expectation. The room is great and clean. The staffs are friendly and accomodatinh. Overall, I would likely recommend this hotel. Will surely book again if I will visit Bicol for business travel and even personal tour. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The place is good but the customer service is somehow not, they won’t greet you the way other accommodations do. Maybe because I checked in late and the staff are already tired. Giving the benefit of the doubt. Had a nice weather when stayed there.

The location is so nice, accessible to all places that you want to visit, near to restaurants and market. Such a Wonderful place to stay . Staffs are accommodating too.

I stayed at a hotel in Legaspi and overall had an average but comfortable experience. The room was a decent size and the air-conditioning worked well, which made the stay more pleasant. A few mosquitoes managed to get in, though, which was a bit annoying. The TV was quite small, but usable.
The bathroom could use some improvement—there was a bit of mold, and while the hot water worked, the water pressure was quite low. On the positive side, the location was very convenient, with a nice central area that made it easy to get around.
Not a bad stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Casa Lorenzo has its own unique beauty. The exterior is Spanish inspired, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed and all the basic essentials provided. The staff were friendly and accommodating. For my overall stay, I’d rate it 6 out of 10.”

We booked this hotel because of the affordable rate, but now we understand why it was cheap. The room we were given was not clean when we arrived, and overall service was extremely poor.
I approached the night shift front desk officer (I believe his name was Clement) because our heater wasn’t working. Instead of helping, he responded rudely and simply said there was no housekeeping available — with zero concern or effort to assist us.
We also pre-ordered breakfast for 6:00 AM since we had an important meeting, yet it arrived past 7:00 AM and made us late. The food was unpleasant, and even the hot drink was just a sachet of Milo no cup or hot water at all! Its not even prepared properly.
We really hoped for a better experience, but unfortunately, this stay was stressful from start to finish. Definitely not recommended unless improvements are made in cleanliness, customer service, and food quality.

All goods except for the dryer. And we raised the concern they didn't take action and the water dispenser in our hallway took long before water refill

Nice place which is near Cagsaua Ruins. Very Clean room, comfy beds, there's no landline telephone in our room though. There were issues with regards to nobody answering our calls, room cleaning had to be followed up cause upon returning from our tour after 4 hours hindi pa nagawa, and inconsistencies in shuttle rules that were confusing. However, we were happy naman cause the staff were courteous and respectful.
