simply worth recommending. everything was perfect, the food was delicious, the service was very nice and helpful. I recommend it to families with children, but also to older people and young people.Everyone will find their place here and rest. Additionally, the location is perfect for further exploration. The sea is very close.

Lovely hotel and resort. Everywhere very clean, great staff (especially Antonis in the bar, and Nikos in restaurant), good choice of food and drinks, pretty gardens, very safe and we had a perfect holiday. Unfortunately no aqua aerobics and only dancing one evening, Greek night. Reception staff very helpful and easy to get a taxi into Chania and back.

Really enjoyed the food here and we do a lot of all inclusive the flavours of the salads meats and veg were great. Really well thought out menu of pasta salads meats and assortment of potatoes. The pizza were great, breakfast very good and staff very helpful. Local drinks and cocktails not so good unfortunately but you can pay to upgrade.

Just returned home from our first visit to Greece and Crete certainly did not disappoint. This was mainly in part to the amazing stay we had at Sirios Village. The staff were all fantastic, big smiles and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in one of the suites with a private pool and terrace and let me just say WOW. The room was spacious with two bathrooms, great air con which was so welcome given the recent heat wave. Comfy bed and the pool and outside space was just the icing on the cake. Housekeeping fantastic, visiting daily and happy to just change bins and towels if not full clean. Food was fantastic, lots of choice and always refilled and something for everyone! Close to the beach, and a 10/15 minute drive the Chania Old town. The hotel and surrounding areas had all you needed to please everybody and we will definitely be returning in the future to stay here again. Thank you for an amazing stay and making our engagement holiday one we will never forget.

Honest review. Two adults and two kids and we had room 227. We paid for a private pool and wow the terrace was that big it had two recliners, two sun beds and 4 normal chairs and a table and still had loads of room round the pool. It also had the sun on it all day. The room itself had two bathrooms and plenty of storage space and was very comfortable and big enough for a family of 4. As for the pools they were nice and always had sunbeds free at all times of the day. Good selection of depths for young and old. The food was lovely every single meal. I really don't understand the complaints about it. Plenty of choice and all tasted lovely. Kids especially loved the special made pancakes at breakfast. We loved the Asian and Mexican themed nights. Drinks were OK but limited. Staff were all friendly and when needed very prompt and professional. On site shop had all you need and water was very cheap, 12 bottles of for 3 euro. The entertainment was ok with the band really good and we could have listened to them all night. The beach is around a 10 mins walk but you do have to cross a busy road you need to be careful on. Once there it's lovely sandy beach and even the shallow sea waters had fish swimming around you. The place was also kept very clean and tidy and had a great family vibe. The cleaners were excellent and the one doing our room was especially so. We had a fantastic time and wouldn't hesitate booking the same place again. However it wouldn't be a fair review if I didn't point a few issues we had. They were minor issues for us but for some it might bother them more. The shower leaked all over when used. Easily fixed as it was just the seal on the screen as it didn't meet the bath. We fixed it ourselves by wedging a towel in it. Also room 227 has a big bush over the terrace which attracted a lot of bees which don't bother you but they do fly around you all the time. It was constantly shedding too making some bees drop to the floor which atracted ants. It could do with being cut back a bit. On a separate note wasps had made home in our room gate and as I found out, when I shut it, are aggressive as I was stung on the back of the head. Reported to reception and within 5 mins someone turned up and dealt with them. As mentioned the drinks are limited with only three cocktails available and no mocktails for the kids unless you paid 5 euros but there was hardly ever a queue at the bar though as the wine and soft drinks are self service. Also room wi-fi was a bit patchy in our room.

We have been in this hotel before, 7 years ago and loved it then. This time we boked a suite with pool but it was not what we thought, we spent our time most of the time at the poolarea or the beach so the pool at the suite was realy not necessary. Our week here was wonderful with nice trips to Chania and countryside with wine tasting. I have to mention the hotelstaff who was excellent and food was the best too, a lot to choose from.Thank you Nikos!

Although the price was very low, the service was great! In my review, I want to make clear that we did not pay thousands of EUR fot a luxory vacation. No, we only paid very little, and expected some drawbacks. There were none. The facility was clean, well built. Location was not bad either. But what I want to emphasize the most, and why would I consider coming back, was the staff. I am a talkative person, so I got to talk to a few of them and I was very pleased of how well they do their jobs and also that they are nice, polite and friendly human beigns. I would like to especially thank to a few people I got to know from the stuff (I asked them for their names, so I can mention them in my review): André The Manager – Hard working, can spot minor problems in the restaurant within 2 seconds, will quickly solve/instructs staff to solve the problem. Nikos The Super Waiter - Knows his job very well, always comes as pleasant, non-intrusive and not only cleans the tables, but gives you a good mood and reason to come again to Sirios Village Hotel. Giorgios The Best Cook - Serves the best meals in the hotel, with speed of a thunderbolt. He is always in a good mood, friendly and professional. His meals are a reason why I would come back to your hotel. Vespa The Big Helper - Although not the talles man on premises, this guy is one of the strongest and most hard working employees of the hotel. You can see him moving and cleaning stuff from morning to evening. He also helped us to carry heavy baggage from entrance to our room and managed to stay very professional and helpful till the end of our stay. Bigup Vespa! I hope this review helps to identify the owner how great employees has. Also I recommend this hotel for all my friends and family. Only if you want to go higher, buy more quality ingrdients, as both me and my partner noticed that the quality of some of the goods was low. But that’s normal in a cheap "All inclusive" stay. But the employees, they were super good and they deserve a lot of credit for my pleasant stay.

Food was great with a huge selection changing every day. Kids loved the pools. No drunk people. Perfect place for family with kids. Staff was friendly. Minimarket had very competitive prices. Small bottle of water 30cents, large 60cents.

When we arrived there had been a mix up with our room. We were travelling with our 17 year old niece and we were all in one room. We made a mistake in the booking however the hotel went above and beyond to rectify our mistake. The hotel was very clean the food was all good plenty of sunbeds around the pools. Can't fault anything.
