Great location and the advantage of having an elevator from ground floor. However, the hotel is undergoing major repair work and hence is mostly covered with scaffoldings therefore not much to view from the rooms. In addition one of the elevators were also not working.

4.5 out of 5. It’s located just beside the clock tower. Famous walking street and eateries like keventers and glenery are at stone throw distance. The only hind side of this hotel is the Bed. It’s way too soft! Overall great location, hospitality at its best, lavish breakfast( excellent masala tea) and room with a view..

It was my first visit to Darjeeling, staying at Ramada Wyndham Darjeeling too. The recent stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Darjeeling was a significant letdown. The level of quality expected from the brand was not met, and hospitality and basic service were failures. Anyone considering a stay should look elsewhere. From the moment of arrival, indifference was apparent. There was no warm welcome or genuine hospitality, only a tedious and slow check-in process. Though I checked in at around 2200hrs and given proper information about my arrival time. This set the tone for the rest of the time at the hotel, which felt more like an inconvenience to the staff than a valued guest experience. The room was unacceptable. It was immediately clear that the room had not been properly cleaned. The linens were visibly stained and looked used. The rest of the room was equally neglected, with dust on the surfaces. The promised room service was non-existent. Repeated requests were either ignored or met with vague promises that were never fulfilled. Complementary toiletries items not supplied of its own, needs to be requested. The laundry service was also poor. Clothes came after making several call to the concerned department. At last I got my clothes after one day from promised timeframe. This is not the quality one expects from a hotel of this supposed caliber. The staff and management showed no interest in providing a pleasant experience. I feel this hotel only look after group travellers and agencies. Being a solo /family traveller, I feel less attentions were provided to the solo traveller's. The lack of attention to basic cleanliness and guest needs is bewildering. The stay was a complete waste of time and money. Still few good people around visible. Thanks to Mr. Prashant Singh for supporting my bookings and best view room, Mr. Sourav and all staff from restaurant service department and chief cook. Thanks for your good food and services. There is a very uncomfortable bad smell of DG/diesel exhaust at the entrance which improperly managed. And you can smell the same in the room also.

A relaxing and rejuvenating retreat and a truly enjoyable stay at the Ramada Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hospitality and warm welcome by their prestigious staff. The hotel is relaxing and will give you a comfortable stay. We had a premium room and the room was neat and sparkling clean. The hotel offers a wide range in buffet . The staff Mr.Kashinath and the chef Priyash made the Dining experience even more special. Their dedicated staff and the ambience of the restaurant is outstanding and over the top. If you’re planning a trip to Darjeeling we suggest you book this hotel for a relaxing stay.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was just wonderful. Clean and airy room, bathroom, well stocked tea- coffee corner and prompt room service. We had a premium room with terrace-balcony on the 5th floor that had a fantastic view of the mountains. The swing in the balcony was an added delight. Breakfast was very good with continental and Indian food ( live station of delicious Dosas) People were polite and helpful. Would love to come back again. Thank you, Shubham, Subrata and Amrito.
