Totally unprofessional front office people / receptionists. Even after taking advance booking from me, they were charging me full at the time of check out. When I showed them transaction receipts and all other bank details and subsequently acknowledgement messages from receptionist lady which was sent on my whatsapp , then - they told me to forward the same and ask apologies. After few days ( appx 7 days) some other lady from that hotel again was asking me for money and when I have shown all communications and money transferred receipts then again asked apologies. Breakfast was free but buffet ***agers behavior was very rude, when I said tea is not hot and no taste,.
