The food at this place. Something else. They even customize the food for you and ensure it's made to perfection. HAVE THE PIZZA NEAR THE POOL BAY CAFE. Kudos to Chef Nicholson and Chef Subhodip. Doing a great job and welcoming guests the perfect way.

Over all excellent experience.Hospitality and heritage both well blended. Special mention to Mr. Laxmi Narayan Panda ,F & B Manager, really appreciate his customer service skills and eye for detailing. Conceptualisation is well planned Will love to visit again.

Great experience. Excellent facilities and Brilliant Mr. Laxminarayan We are really happy about this resort how it's maintained. From the moment we arrived and the moment we checked out I was greeted with warm hospitality that set the tone for my entire stay. The resort offers an exquisite balance of luxury, tranquility, and nature, making and the perfect relaxation of a tourist. Specifically the service which included special help by Mr. Laxminarayan Food and Beverage Manager who went out of his way by helping us to make amazing. The team of restaurants who are really trained and they are very helpful. The overall experience was excellent so I would like to recommend to everyone about this property. My favourite juice which I enjoyed during my stay is ABC which Mr. Laxminarayan special is made every time. I will never forget. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

The place is surrounded with lush greenery. We had a luxurious and comfortable stay, enjoyed the delicious foods, played several games, had fun in the swimming pool, visited the tea factory. An experience worthy to cherish for lifetime..

Good hospitality and thank you so much Mr. Laxminarayan & Team The room is very beautiful and it's maintained with so good . Thanks to the Restaurant staff Laxminarayan and all the teams of their department named Pema, Swostika, Indrajit , Sanidhya and all. They all are very good and take care of me and my team. The room is very clean and hygienic . The food is very tasty especially the breakfast buffet which is amazing. I am so happy and again visit this resort with my family.. Thank you so much. Special Thanks to Once again Mr Laxminarayan Panda.

The best part of our journey was Hotel Mayfair Siliguri. Beautiful property and awesome service. Staff were very courteous and friendly, specially Laxminarayan Manger, Captain Prakash, In-sevice Mr. Sunil Hostess Prema and in-service Sawastika. Thank you for the great experience. See you soon 😀!!
