The service here is great. Rooms are clean. Food is good. Sabina take care of all our requirements with grace. Balcony view is great. Beds and washrooms are clean. Hot water is available all the times which is big plus. Overall experience is awesome.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here in summit grace boutique hotel. Though we had little prblm with the wifi which was not connecting in our room,room were clean and we got to see the view of kanchunjanga. One of the best part was the service of resturant specially miss sabina , very helpful and friendly, We enjoyed the food it was delicious. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing stay at summit Grace , Darjeeling. We loved the location and view, foods were delicious. Staffs were very welcoming and helpful , especially from the restaurants staff Miss Sabina , Mr. Vivek and mr. Phinchok they gave us the best service , they have taken our care and provided us everything that we needed with an ease. Very good hospitality.

The Room in which we stayed was not spacious, particularly the portion of it where bed arrangements were there. The bathroom was too small. I am 5’11”, I had to bend my knees to accommodate my face in the bathroom mirror. The locks of two doors were not functional. Food & room service were excellent. The scenic view of the Kanchenjunga from the balcony was surreal.

Checked in their one of the best rooms-chalet room with Kanchenjunga view and private balcony. The initial good feel of the room was soon to vanish because the wash room smells like sever. On request also nothing was done--no freshner/odonil or deodorant used .The result was cannot be on the ground floor due to stench Moreover the bathroom gets flooded all over on taking bath. Once you sleep just outside the back of bed are windows on outside of which is some type of boiler/machine which has a constant whirring sound which disturbs the sleep. The staff was least bothered to do anything at all.They behave as if they are doing you a favour by letting you stay. The only redeeming factor is the view from the hotel which is great and good quality of food. On the same trip I have stayed at summit Hotels in Gangtok and kalimpong and both were wonderful. This hotel actually should not be part of Summit group because we experienced great hospitality in the other hotels of same group

I karma sandeep, giving my honest review,I stayed for 3 days must say it was an amazing experience we had in Darjeeling . One of the best thing about the hotel were the staff very friendly and helpful, specially the resturant team Miss sabina, phinchok and bibek. They fulfilled our every need even when the restaurant were in rush. Rooms were also very comfy and clean, Foods were delicious. Overall an amazing stay.

1. Please train your service boys to read the tags of "Do Not Disturb" & "Service My Room" at the gate. Also, there is a landline available in the room. They do not use it for the conversation with the guests. They knock directly without checking the tags at the gate. They should call on the landline for any conversation. Please train the staff for the same also. 2. The bed location is directly in front of the gate which is not ideally good. 3. There was internet connection issue as the hotel internet was not working even the hotel staff were not able to connect the same in our phones. 4. Food packing facility was also not available.

Excellent service especially by sabina who took great care of our daily food. Highly Recommend for family and couples. Rooms were tidy and view was amazing from room and balcony. One of this highest situated hotel in the while Darjeeling. Would love to visit again
