There was hardly any water coming out of the shower in the room 8. It was very difficult to mix it to the right temperature. The tap in the zinc is totally loose, which I have reported to the office.

Milk provided was 8 days out of date . Toilet roll was basically empty and no spare provided

Ok for 1 night, the pictures dont exactly represent the room fully, i thought there was going to be outside seating, but not in the triple room.It was ok, typical motel accommodation

Ive stayed at the hilander a number of times and it's always great. This time was even better than usual... My one bedroom apartment was HIGE and had a spa and was right U} the back near the COMPLIMENTARY laundry... Love, love, love! And I recommend it to everyoneñ

The Hotel Manager, she was fantastic !! And very accommodating with all our needs. Will definitely stay here again. Great value and great service.
