Lovely stay with a very warm, friendly welcome. The breakfast was very good with lots of options and nothing was too much trouble to accommodate. The room was beautifully decorated with a fabulous bathroom. Great views from the bedroom window. Thanks for looking after us!

Our third visit , absolutely brilliant, never disappoints, rooms clean staff exceptionally friendly, room views to die for , breakfast couldn’t be better . If you need a break away from it all we highly recommend you stay at the ship in dock we can assure you that you will not want to leave ❤️

Recommended. Stayed two nights. Great room, superb bathroom, excellent breakfast, friendly greeting and great service.....and a rather unusual kettle. They even provide little plastic wedges for the antique sash windows if they rattle in the wind. Parking is a problem,but it's the same everywhere in Dartmouth.

Fantastic little gem of a place located just outside, but within a 5 minute walk of the busiest part of Dartmouth. Fantastic comfortable, spacious and clean rooms, and a great breakfast. From the moment we got there we felt treated like family. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again on our next visit to Dartmouth.

We stayed here for 1 night whilst walking the south West coast path - what a gem of a place! Comfortable room and spacious clean bathroom! But the best part of our stay has to be the breakfast - lovely fruit and yoghurt to start then a wonderful cooked breakfast - set us up for another day walking! Would stay again if in Dartmouth!

My wife and I had 4 night's at the Ship in Dock, and what a lovely experience we had there. A lovely bedroom with views over the park, and across to the River Dart. The bedroom had everything we needed for a 4 day stay, plenty of wardrobe space, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, Horlicks and snacks. There was a huge bathroom with a shower over the bath. Breakfast is superb with plenty of choice. The bar opens at 4pm, and has a regular flow of very friendly locals. Everything is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The pub is located in a lovely quiet area with only a 3, to 4 minute walk to the pontoons and town for the local buses, ferries and boat trips. So Thank you Jude, Mel and Dan for making our stay so enjoyable. We'll certainly visit again.

We had a lovely one night stay. The room was very comfortable and well equipped with a great bathroom. There were some thoughtful extra touches in the room including fresh milk and a cafetière. The staff were really friendly and we enjoyed a good full English breakfast. Thank you.

I highly recommend this fabulous little pub. The rooms are superbly appointed with exceptional attention to detail. The staff are friendly and will look after you really well. Breakfast is a wonderful experience. A very nice range of choices to choose from. I have never eaten a better Classic English Cooked Breakfast when staying elsewhere.
