I didn't pay too much attention to the location, because we went there just for pure sleep and left the next day.
The cleanliness is OK, but the fly in the ointment is that the bathroom lights are very dim, which is not very good for the senses.

Restaurant was not open. There was no room service. Air conditioner was difficult to regulate. Not much effort to accommodate guests over and above providing a room.

The stay was great. The business meeting I attended was in one of their large rooms was good. One complaint was part of the carpet was apart and was creating a trip hazard around the chairs in the big meeting room.
The lunch they provided was good at the meeting. Staff was very nice.

Our stay was nice. They were pressure washing the outside of the building and painting. It wasn't as quiet as it normally is but all in all it was a relaxing stay.
Some channels on the TV had no sound. We didn't inquire about them at this time.

We had a good stay. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. One down side was there was a party of some sort while we were there. We couldn’t find parking when we came back from shopping at 930 at night. We had to wait for people from the party to leave. Also a lot of noise until 5 am in the hallway due to said party. Not the hotels fault I guess but unfortunate.
Otherwise, it was clean, the breakfast was good and service was good.
