This hotel failed to disclose that major city council roadworks were taking place beneath my bedroom window. This was in the May holiday period and continued until After 19:00. I was awakened next morning at around 7:00… I don’t recommend this hotel.

The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk to Huayan Temple and Shanhua Temple. The room offers a distant view of the ancient city, including Huayan Temple, the Grand Mosque, the Drum Tower, and the North and West City Gates. Even during peak season, driving around isn't congested. Downstairs, there are many local eateries that have been around for decades, offering delicious and affordable food. The room is very quiet at night, and there's a gym and a piano on the ground floor. The room itself is quite small, but it's still good value for money.

Helpful staff and convenient hotel location, not difficult to find. The room was spacious and clean but we could smell cigarettes smoke. Great heating system too. For the price we paid it was really worth it, would book again.

It’s really really nice room, it’s really clean, and even there’s no windows in our room but we didn’t care much because it was very comfortable. Thank you to the girls at the front desk who were so helpful and kind! They were very accommodating. This was one of the most value-for-money hotels we’ve stayed in. Location is great too. Would recommend to friends! :) Thanks again!

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. They did everything they could for us to be comfortable. They helped us book day trips and gave us restaurant recommendations. Their service was simply excellent. The location was perfect 5 min away from the old city center by walking. The room was big, spacious and clean.
