Overall, it's great! The hotel is quite large, and the breakfast, considering its star rating, is excellent. The main advantage is its proximity to Ximen, with a Parkson department store nearby, making dining, shopping, and transportation very convenient! Definitely recommended!

The hotel service is terrible! The woman at the front desk was completely dishonest. We booked a room a day in advance, but upon arrival, we were told that the reservation had been automatically canceled because we'd exceeded the reservation time. When we called the hotel in advance, the same woman was very rude and said the reservation had been automatically canceled. I've stayed in so many hotels, and I've never heard such a statement from a hotelier! If she's not experienced, don't let her greet guests! The entire hotel management is a complete mess; the experience was terrible! There was no departure gift, and none of the services promised when booking were delivered. Departure gift: No, even the hotel windows wouldn't close.

The hotel is well-equipped and has a great environment. It's a brand new hotel. It's about half an hour from the Yungang Grottoes, which is a great location! The hotel has a wide variety of buffet options and is reasonably priced. Staying here before National Day cost less than 300 yuan, and they even gave me a gift before leaving. I highly recommend staying here again!

We upgraded to a very large room with a small refrigerator and a good washer/dryer. The bus stop is just over 300 meters away, making it a convenient taxi ride to the ancient city. The hotel staff were very friendly. The shower head in the room had a erratic flow and high pressure. I recommend checking and replacing it regularly. The sink glass had water stains and was dirty, so be careful when cleaning.

Passing by Datong, I chose this hotel after comparison. The check-in time was already past ten o'clock in the evening. The elders and children were very tired and did not have time to take pictures. The environment was very good, the room experience was superb, clean and hygienic, the front desk lady was warm and polite, the service was thoughtful, and she gave children slippers when she brought her children. She also gave a souvenir when she checked out. It is very cost-effective and highly recommended!
