酒店位置很好，出行便利，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，服務態度熱情，這個價格能住到這樣的酒店真的太值了！收拾衞生的阿姨很負責很熱心，前台小哥哥非常耐心，幫我們解答了很多當地遊玩的問題，體驗感滿分！

超出預期的住宿體驗，下次來大同還要優先考慮住這個酒店
剛進酒店門口就感受到了前台小哥哥和小姐姐的熱情歡迎。下午三點半左右辦理入住，雖然預訂的房間還沒有打掃完，但是前台給免費升了房，十分令人驚喜。
房間十分寬敞舒適，衞生條件很好。房間內還有一個小冰箱，很方便了。
早餐是自助餐，中西結合，種類豐富，味道也很不錯，還能點一碗刀削麪吃，算是很有特色了
這幾天遇到的工作人員都很熱情，有什麼問題都能幫你解決，衞生也做得很勤
最後在退房時還收到了一人一份的小零食，非常nice
總之這幾天的住宿體驗很好，還在苦惱來大同玩不知道住什麼酒店的話，就來試試這家吧

錯峯出行，酒店新開業所以房間設施很完善該有的都有，套房價格便宜又好比之前住着雲岡大酒店或者温德姆相比性價比高而且相差就一個紅綠燈
樓下有露天停車位位置很多，工作人員服務很好，房間內很乾凈枕頭和床都很舒服
走路到雲岡酒店也就5分鐘一層有鳳臨閣，到古城交通也方便，退房可以到2點，總體好評！

假期人很多，客房價格很比平時貴很多能理解，訂的親子套房，房間新裝修的，最多能住6個人，帶孩子長者住，房間客用品不足，衞生巾衹有一卷衞生紙🧻不夠用。酒店應該更注重細節服務，從而提升客人的滿意度。

在同價位酒店裡，這家真的是“性價比之王”！房間雖然不算超大，但佈局很合理，床品柔軟舒服，睡了一晚特別解乏。衞生做得超到位，桌面、衞生間角落都沒死角，看着就很放心。前台服務很熱情，幫忙升級了樓層，還借了充電線和雨傘。周邊有便利店和早餐店，出行吃飯都方便，下次來這座城市還會選！

新酒店，環境衞生較好，管理較差。入住兩晚，體驗如下，自行判斷。1：到店時間近下午1點，僅一個櫃枱辦理入住，等候一段時間後，登記證件，後告知房間未準備好，需晚點才能入住。寄存行李後近4點再次返回，不是辦理好房卡可直接入住，而是重新辦理入住手續，且在提供行李牌後未主動協助提取行李。預訂時已標註特殊要求，如朝向，安靜，無煙。入住時未主動告知安排房型是否滿足。在排除非必須條件後我主動詢問是否無煙房，因帶小孩入住。前台告知是無煙房，進入房間後感覺有煙草香，並且房間內有煙灰缸。
2.在並不佳的入住體驗後，前台一位男士員工主動贈送小禮品及温水致歉，感覺服務有温度，放棄差評。
3.酒店餐廳較小，無法承載節假日較多客人同時就餐，一日早飯在餐廳門口樓道就餐。且就餐也沒人驗餐票，不知購買早餐是否為智商税
4.退房當日一點接到前台電話詢問是否延住，在告知不延後，前台一女士告知“差不多該下來了”，我説訂單寫的是14點退房，對方“那你就兩點退”。頓時感覺自己住在農家院。整體感受是酒店管理較差，沒有標準化服務，多數員工缺乏服務行業基本素質。在大同以千元以上定價的酒店感覺應有很大提升。在被勒令退房後無奈在此進行反饋

來大同看古蹟，選對酒店直接省一半心！這家酒店離古城牆才2公里多，打車幾分鐘就到華嚴寺和九龍壁，晚上逛完古城夜景回來特別方便 。房間裏的零壓床墊軟乎乎的，逛了一天景點躺上去瞬間解壓，全屋智能超貼心，動動嘴就能控制窗簾和燈光，不用摸黑找開關 。早餐一定要試試本地刀削麪和羊雜，食材新鮮地道，配上免費飲品，開啟活力滿滿的一天 。下次帶家人來還住這！

知道這家酒店新開的，總體設施是OK的，但人員配置太差了。共住了四天，首日入住的時候，衞生間還有很多頭髮，窗簾下也有沒打掃乾淨的糖紙，打給前台，前台又來收拾了。第二天是吃完的外賣，晚上回去後服務員也沒收，又給前台打電話，説他們這一層衹有一個保潔阿姨打掃，腳受傷了所以衞生做的差。包括早餐，衹去吃了一次就沒在去了，先不説味道，同樣也是沒服務員，喝果汁一直沒杯子，等很久也沒補，桌上也都是吃完的盤子來不及收，整個就一很亂，不知道服務員在忙什麼。總體酒店硬件可以，但人員都像第一天上班的草台班子。
