Staff are unaccommodating and feels like they are trained to dismiss a lot of concerns. They are unwilling to accommodate our request for assistance due to a medical emergency and will run you around in circles until you just give up your concern. Every receptionist has a different answer to the same concern and they dont have a duty manager available that can help. They will repeatedly say they will provide you information via text or email but they never followed thru. The owner will use any technicality to avoid giving help, very inconsiderate and very unaccommodating. Will never consider this hotel again

Lack of guests relations for this resort and needs a lot of improvement. It seems the owner micromanaged everything, you could sense that employee was so tense when you are requesting even an extra bottle water. So sad, it’s a beautiful manicured landscape and spacious rooms. It needs a lot of renovation from a broken chair from the pool, to the very dirty, moldy table on the garden. No free breakfast like other resorts in the area, no complimentary water or at least coffee in the main lobby. Receptionist and waitress sounds stuck up when you request something. Thanks to the housekeeping guys who was helpful makes our stay a little bit comfortable.

Une nuit, guère plus, sauf pour les plongeurs qui s’agglutinent dès l’aurore sur un bateau amarré derrière l’hôtel. L’entrée par une porte de garage que nous avait conseillé le portier, aurait dû nous alerter. Ici tout est ancien luxe vieillot. De la porte d’entrée de chambre qui grince, le mobilier est écorché, le sol marqueté en bois est usé, jusqu’au carrelage de la piscine rafistolé tout sent l’ancien machin des années 80. Ne vaut de bien que la cuisine un peu plus élaborée que dans d’autres établissements visités. Quant au tarif, et pour une personne dans la chambre, 7.000 pesos la nuit (environ 125€) sans petit déjeuner !! Ça pique pour un pays qui argumente des prix doux.
