No Parking on street or on grass!The washer and dryer are accessible in laundry room off of kitchen. The jets are on a timer for an hour at a time and the spa can be heated to 102 degrees- SOOO relaxing for after a long day at Parks! There are two hair blow dryers for guests, one in the master and one in the guest bath, also an iron. We have a couple beach sized towels for the pool, please bring your own to be sure there are enough for larger families. We have some pool toys or bring your favorites too and your snorkel gear. POOL AREA:- The pool is cleaned weekly either Tuesday or Wednesday by a professional company. If you happen to be in the pool when they arrive, you'll be required to exit in order for them to perform their work. Their service typically takes less than 30 minutes and they will leave notice on when you can re-enter the pool after the cleaning is completed.- There is a child safety pool fence installed, to be left in place at all times. We also have door alarms on both sides of the sliding glass door, these are to be left on at all times. Please utilize the entrance gate adjacent to the pool stairs when entering and exiting the pool. - For your safety, no glassware is allowed in the pool area. Please utilize the plastic dining and drinkware available in the upper far right cabinet in the kitchen. POOL HEATING:During cooler months (mid-October through late April), pool heating is recommended. This can be requested at the time of booking. There is an additional charge of $35 USD per day to cover the cost of the additional utility usage. The pool heating is designed to bring the water to a swimmable temperature. Under normal weather conditions, it takes about 24 hours for the pool to heat up. Although the pool heater will be set at 88, please note that changes in air temperature will directly affect the pool temperature. In the coldest winter months, heating the pool can be difficult as the water temperature drops overnight. Florida has a warm temperate climate, but cold fronts can bring overnight temperatures in the 30s and 40s that can last for several days. Unfortunately, under these circumstances, there is no way the pool heater will be able to keep the water at a temperature mid to high 80s. Therefore, it is normal and expected for the pool to range from high 70's to low 80's when the heater is properly functioning. We cannot guarantee that it will hold at a specific temperature for the entirety of your stay. Please note that cold weather does not constitute a mechanical failure and no refunds will be given for problems that are due to cold weather. The pool heater is set to run for 12 hours/day. from 8am-8pm. Tempering with pool heat, pool heat locks or attempting to adjust pool heat yourself is prohibited. Safety: SECURITY -For the safety and security of the property, there are 3 actively recording outdoor security cameras located on site: a video doorbell at the main entrance and a camera on each side of the home. There is no camera inside or in the backyard. All cameras are recording both audio and video. This Luxurious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom, fully equipped Condo is located in the exclusive gated community of Windsor Palms, Kissimmee, less than 3 miles from Walt Disney World. Our condo is beautifully decorated throughout and located on the top floor (2nd floor UK, 3rd floor USA - no elevator ) meaning no disturbance from above. It offers a spacious and comfortable vacation home that is fully furnished and equipped to a high standard including WiFi high-speed internet, free long distance and international calls (does not include European/UK mobile numbers), 4 flat-screen TVs (lounge has a smart TV) and DVD player, for your entertainment and relaxation.The master bedroom is spacious and has a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a double/queen size bed, with bedroom 3 having twin beds. There is also a memory foam fold up bed to sleep a 7th person, plus a fold-up crib for a baby.The kitchen is well stocked and has a full-size cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher so when you choose to eat in you'll find all the equipment there. The dining area seats 6/7 comfortably.In November 2019, a new wooden floor was installed in the lounge area and new carpets were laid in every bedroom. A Kurig coffee maker is a recent addition to the kitchen facilities and also a new fridge/freezer was purchased in 2024.Parts of the condo have also been repainted maintaining the existing décor.For the golfers - there is a set of golf clubs at the condo that guests are welcome to use.We have an excellent local 24-hour management company in place should there be any issues and cleaning arrangements are first class.Please note that when reading the reviews, HomeAway have been inaccurate in stating that they relate to a previous owner.
