Best Western normally a quality buy
In room pod coffee maker did not work. No decaf coffee offered w/breakfast. Told desk at checkout and desk immediately notified maint.

Would recommend for short stays!
Was disappointed that the jetted hot tub wasn’t there anymore. Was the whole reason we booked for relaxation away from home and to help with our backs. The breakfast was good but we miss the waffle maker. Pool was nice but freezing when you got out. Had no pool towels but hotel was fast to restock (10mins). Over all seems the atmosphere wasn’t the same as past stays. Staff though were very friendly and helpful.

Barking Dogs
Had issue with large dog barking early waking up everyone 3 hours early after a long travel day the day before and being exhausted. People weren’t even supposed to have dog in that room management confirmed they lied and said they didn’t have a pet. Manager said sorry and that was it. No discount offered until I mentioned head office then he started back pedalling. He than offers 10% and said I have to promise him not to call head office. I said head office should know about my experience and offering me nothing until head office was mentioned. Then threatened me saying he is giving me nothing back and saying I can’t book through Best Western anymore. Mold on bathroom ceiling and stains all over carpet not sure how this hotel has high ratings. Would have not bothered to rate until the Manager chose to act the way he did. He did assure me the people with the large dog got charged extra though. Not sure how that helps me?

Nice stay!
Our room was nice, bed and pillows were good. Bed could of used a thicker blanket. Breakfast was great! The ladies handlinf breakfast were fabulous. Hallways could of used a vaccum. Toothpick on the floor and leaves but im sure with the amount of guest there the olace was busy. We would stay again. Sam at the front desk was very friendly and perssonable.

Frustration concerning rollaways...
The property itself was clean and modern. The breakfast was very good but did not have any "grab and go" items. All of the offered main breakfast items were hot (eggs, bacon, sausages, biscuits and gravy, etc.), which normally would have been great. But we were in a hurry for an event check-in and could find nothing to "grab and go". However, my main complaint with this property is they advertise that they have rollaways available for an added fee. Ok great! Yet, when we checked in, I was told that they did not offer rollaways for our type of room because our room had two beds in it. They stated that they only offer rollaways for the rooms with king beds. What? The clerk said it had something to do with fire code.The room we reserved was a large first floor room with PLENTY of space for a rollaway, without blocking any exit or window. We have stayed in MANY hotels where we had little space for a rollaway but were provided one when we asked. I was travelling with two teenaged boys and myself. I always get a rollaway so everyone has their own bed. I specifically selected this hotel BECAUSE it was stated that they had rollaways available.If they only offer rollaways for "certain" rooms, their reservation information should have stated so. I was more than frustrated.
