Palm Wings Beach Resort & Spa Kusadasi- All Inclusive

From the moment we arrived we were well looked after by the staff and management team. We were given a room to check into as we arrived early hours of the morning. The management team especially Yucel Tulis ensured our stay was comfortable as ever and with a few minor issues which were resolved swiftly she upgraded us to a beautiful spacious sea view room with breathtaking views of the agean coast. The gentleman on front of desk was always happy to help with our hotel cards not working and printing out informarion for our transfers. The staff and management team from the chefs to waiters to front desk were always on hand to help. Thank you to Yucel who also gave us local information about Kusadasi and advised on key places to visit. The food at this resort is just wow and does not dissapoint. Breakfast was fullfilling and the different cuisines made fresh every day from lunch to dinner were the best we ever had at any all inclusive. Which was one of the reasons that swayed me to book this hotel. Snack bar was a delight for those extra hunger pangs as were the drinks and mocktails from.the drinks bar and beach bar. The cute little patissirie with its delacies was also enjoyed throughout the day and every dish prepared in the alacarte was spot on. The hotel itself, our rooms along with the beach and pool area were kept incredibly clean. The spa at this hotel is relaxing and calming the balanese massage was thoroughly enjoyed. The staff,location,food, private beach and the beautiful views.... everything exceeded our expectations. Can not fault anything. First time booked a resort holiday and was hesitant kids wouldnt enjoy but they loved it and I think this has definately changed their views on beach holidays. Thank you to all the staff and management at Palm Wings for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable will definately be back.

Went for a family holiday in a big group. Lovely hotel, clean, friendly staff. Rooms quite small but have everything you need. Mini bar included. Coffee and tea making facilities in room. Good selection of food available. Little cafe patisserie. Main restaurant and a pool restaurant in the day where you could order food. A coastal path that you can run/walk along for miles in both directions and a few shops over the road outside the front opposite reception. A little walk away they have a bazar. Not many shops thought compared to place like Lara beach. The night entertainment was fantastic with a fire show and some of the best entertainment in a hotel I’ve seen. Also they did little party’s that were fun and a disco in the bar after entertainment. I recommend the water sports on the beach.

**The hotel was good overall, and the food was acceptable. The restaurant staff were very kind and welcoming. However, the reception service was disappointing. Mr. Melih was rude and unhelpful when we asked for assistance, showing a clear lack of professionalism. Customer service at the front desk

We stay in this hotel now. I suggest you for: Food is very good and delicious Service is good All the places is very clean. Very fast service. Play game and animation are good . This hotel is suitable if you don't like seeing children if your travel is Couple 😉 I like it But.... The age range of passengers is high.😄

Best resort in beautiful seaside locations of kusadasi the hotel is spotless clean staff is very attentive and kids club is so engaging with face painting and minidisco with Alice in Wonderland themes Adult dances the locations is spectacular with beautiful sunsets view from restaurants for food variety were delicious and loads to choose from we came as a family group and made so many beautiful memories well worth the money spent speed boat from private beach to see corals is a must try room service was very helpful and so many restaurants and that many pools baby pool kiddies pool adult relaxing pool inside pool so many activities for all age groups late night lobby services were excellent must try resort most guests are repetitive I guess hats off to all staff and animation team been brilliant

Staff where extremely friendly, helpful and went the extra mile. Waiters could not have been nicer, and very Professional. The Spa was run extremely well by the Manager and all his staff. Well worth a visit or ( Two). The hotel rooms were spacious and spotless. Bathroom was adäquate with a power shower. The hotel grounds were the best I’ve seen in Turkey. Looked after by the Gardeners. Lots of entertainment for young and older a like. The option of the sea with golden sands or the day by the Pool is an option I could never tire off. A special shout out to the Pizza cheff who makes the most delicious pizzas. Overall I totally enjoyed my visit to the Palm Wings and can’t wait to return. P.S. The grand piano in the looby is a lovely touch.
