Service: All the staff were friendly and hospitable.
Cleanliness: Clean and well maintained.
Facilities: Poor compared to hotel grade.

The hotel is old and the facilities are worn out overall. However it was clean and well maintained
The best thing about this hotel is the location.
The view from our room on the harbour side was so stunning and impressive.
However, the size of the room was too small and inconvenient.
So overall, I'd give it about 4 out of 5 stars.

Maxime, the front desk staff was friendly and
helpful. Recognise me again when we met at the lift the next day. Helpful to advise to deduct the payment from the deposit for the buffet breakfast on the second night, so facilitate me to do express checkout, email me receipt so that it is also environmental friendly and saving time to catch the next morning flight.
Facilities are ok with pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna (though small pool and close at 8 pm) while gym 7/24 good and many equipment.

This hotel was amazing and location was perfect. Within a ten minute walk you could tour the main attractions like the opera house and the cruise ships. You could also walk the opposite way and enjoy many eateries and local spots giving you the Aussie vibe.

I will choose this hotel again and highly recommend to travellers, world class services 👍
I was a little bit worry before I checked in cause the hotel was an old property, but after I checked in, I feel the room very clean, newly renovated and have everything I need, staffs are extremely friendly and professional on the morning I checked in.
Last but not the least, the bed is super cozy!
