Response from Property: Thank you for your review of Nami Mountain Lodge and your positive comments about our service. We apologize for your disappointing stay. Nami Mountain Lodge underwent renovations and upgrades after National Day in 2024. Some of the room furniture was finalized and aired out before the Spring Festival. Other furniture is made entirely of solid wood, such as the weathered elm TV table and fir and pine bedside tables. The odor has almost completely dissipated. The interior walls were painted with Carpoly's eco-friendly, odor-free water-based paint, which was completed in February. Besides replacing the interior, the renovations also focused on soundproofing the doors and windows. All windows at Nami Mountain Lodge are made of Fenglu brand insulated aluminum doors and windows, which provide excellent soundproofing. Soundproofing requires that the windows be kept closed. The room doors feature built-in soundproofing arches, soundproofing pads, thickened door panels, and under-mounted soundproofing strips. Since it's summer vacation and there are many children, this may affect the room. To make room facilities more convenient, we've added smart controls throughout the hotel, allowing you to unlock your room with your mobile phone key card and remotely control the air conditioning, lights, curtains, and more. Of course, you can also use Xiaodu and other keypad controls. The bathroom, furniture, and hardware are all Arrow products, and there's also a Husky mini-fridge. While not entirely perfect, Nami strives to ensure every guest has a good sleep experience. We are grateful to everyone who has left their mark. Our philosophy is that guests' praise motivates us to improve, and insightful criticism serves as a reminder to constantly reflect on ourselves. Thank you to everyone who has helped Nami grow.
