天億商務賓館：本人10日中午於此賓館預訂了一個99元的單間，但次日到達酒店辦理入住時，管理人員告知我酒店單間已經滿了，我詢問了解後才得知，他們將我前一日於網上訂購的房間辦理給了第二日去酒店入住的顧客。管理人員告知我説因為不知道我什麼時候抵達酒店才把我的房間辦理給了其他顧客，結果我在**上退款時由於超時辦理不了，我便讓吧枱退我錢，吧枱管理人員與老闆交流後説賠償我一個三人床大間但由於平時這個房間價格很貴，需要我再付20元，我跟管理人員説：我是提前預訂了的，為什麼要把我的房間給其他後面來的人，你在把我的房間辦理給別人的時候你至少打電話告知我一聲吧，這種毫無原則性的行為及其令人反感，但當時由於舟車勞頓和對達州地理位置不熟悉，就不想再去找其他酒店，於是便妥協了。我沒有要求全額退款和補償好的房間已經很寬容了，因為我重新找個酒店，肯定要打車費，還要花費我的精力時間。經過此次事件我很生氣，該酒店欺騙顧客、隱瞞顧客、不尊重顧客、不把顧客的入住體驗感作為他們服務的原則；該酒店嚴重損耗了我的精力和對此酒店的不信任感，該酒店值得這樣的差評！！望大家避雷避雷！！
