床太軟，睡起來腰痠背痛，喜歡軟床的可以考慮，房間窗簾不擇光，停車的地方沒有直達酒店的電梯，倒是離得不是很遠，就是感覺有點不方便。前台開房要求交按金，説是房卡費，我表示訂房時，平台上並沒有寫要交這個費，扯了幾句後前台服務人員説那麼就不交了，我本來就不應該交，莫名其妙。後面給我説如果覺得房間小讓我退了重新訂，到房間後其實感覺還能接受，我後面查了一下當天的房價，同套房價格要低些，但是我付的這個價錢可以升級成大點的面積，我覺得內部系統是可以升級成大一點的房間，因為其他酒店都可以，但是這個酒店並沒有，還特別貴鬼，讓我重新訂，雖然沒有發生爭吵，但是這種服務態度不是很好
