Kleinzee Oceanfront Guesthouse

• Summary: You will not be able to top the views, the food, the fireplace, the service and more! When we booked in, we were told that the owner and host upgraded us to a larger room, with even a better view over the sea. The whales were around every day. We were treated with a scrumptious breakfast every morning (you choose from various options on the menu the day before). The yogurt and fruit were very tasteful and fruit very fresh. We already miss the excellent breakfasts, with whales swimming close to us in the ocean – you will not even get this in the whale mecca of Hermanus! The guest house consists of various rooms, with parking behind building for 3 vehicles, but there is safe parking in front of the guest house. Monica even lit the fireplace for us every evening and we enjoyed our dinner in front of a warm fire place – you cannot ask for more. The rooms were tidy, linen clean, bed firm enough for a good night’s sleep. • Plus: Excellent owner and host! Clean and tidy rooms. Good fresh food, lovely fireplace and more • Minus: Wish we had time to have stayed longer!

We had an incredible stay here!! The views were stunning from the room. Monica communicated well with us before we got there and was at the house to welcome us and give a tour. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We even had a nice chocolate treat to welcome us on our bed. Monica made breakfast for us and served us on our patio. Homemade musali and made to order eggs and protein. We wished we would’ve stayed here longer! Definitely recommend coming to stay!

Kleinzee Oceanfront Guesthouse is nothing short of spectacular. The BnB was absolutely amazing overlooking the endless ocean. The service and hospitality was amazing. They accommodated us as walk-ins but we got the best room money can buy..The view was spectacular even eating breakfast on the balcony was top tier..Thank you for the wonderful stay and comfortable bed. very clean rooms .

We found Kleinzee online when we needed to spend a night in the Gansbaai area and thought it looked rather good. We were not disappointed; it has everything one might want, and in sparkling condition! And the view far across the bay was brilliant. We sat on our balcony and drank it in with oiur coffee(!). The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good (especially the fruit+yoghurt+muesli). Parking was available right outside. Notes: If you don't want to use stairs, go for the first floor - the "ground floor" is downstairs from the entrance and the dining room! And if you can't tolerate chili, let them know; I was surprised to find it on my breakfast mushrooms etc.
