Booked a Romantic trip ,a „non children hotel“ and found a lot of Kids. Noise all the day till 12 at night. No place were to sit at the lobby, no place at the pool. Parking place was full, the concierge sent us to another place at the street: I get a 100 shekels ticket. The food was excellent.

It was an overall good, even excellent experience, except for supper. There a great quantity of different foods, but the QUALITY of the food was totally lacking. This was Herods. We were expecting a wonderful culinary experience, but instead we got ordinary, even let's say disappointing. The food was simply NOT TASTY. All the meat dishes were overcooked and dry. All in all, it was NOT worth the 400 shekels that we had to pay for this not-tasty dinner.

I arrived in the afternoon and went straight to the private beach, then to the inside jacuzzi + sauna + steam room + heated floating pool. The bedroom was super clean, had a nice smell & was overlooking the infinity pool and the beach. The buffet for lunch and dinner was delicious. Breakfast was brought to my room 😋. The massages were super relaxing. Needless to say, I had an awesome time there.

I really liked the spa professionals! And their own beach on the premises, very convenient! The hotel itself is very old and has been in need of renovation for a long time. The door to the balcony did not close, the coffee maker did not work, the bed was uncomfortable, instead of one large bed they provided two pushed together.

Hotel close to the Dead Sea but far from everything else, which offers many services but: - dated and numerous damages throughout the hotel - very good breakfast food but 15min queue for coffee or eggs? - ineffective room service (I had to speak to 4 different people for 2 simple dishes and they still got the order wrong) So we had a good time because our objective was to rest 2 days, but poor quality/price ratio and average services overall..
