To be fair, the hot spring environment is okay. In the past, we stayed in a double bed room or a standard room. The floors were high and the rooms with more than 200 yuan came with hot spring tickets. I also think it’s okay. The introduction to Forest Hot Spring House this time was pretty good. The hardware facilities in the room The accommodation experience was extremely poor. I stayed in a hotel worth more than 100 yuan for the price of a high-end hotel. The sanitary conditions were not as good as those of a hotel! The so-called forest soup house has nothing but a private soup pool and courtyard: 1. The room is not soundproofed. You can clearly hear the heavy bass from the big car passing by outside and the disco bar in the building next to it. At 2 o'clock in the morning, the heavy bass is still pounding. The hotel front desk said it was outsourced, and they didn't do it. The solution is to ignore it. We used software to test the decibel display, and the highest reached 82, and the lowest was above 60. There was no water in the shower cubicle, so it flowed outside and all over the floor. There was no floor drain in the toilet room next to it, so water flowed in and couldn't flow out. The floor tiles were very slippery. 6. There is no shelf in the shower room, so shampoo and shower gel can only be left on the floor to soak in water. 7. Turn on the lights at night and close the doors and windows, but all kinds of small bugs and flying mosquitoes don’t know where they come from. They land on the bed and a stain will appear with just a tap. It’s almost December, so you need to light up the mosquito killer. . 8. There is a problem with the socket next to the table, and the socket next to the bathroom is also broken. The hair dryer must be plugged into a socket close to the ground to blow. 9. The ticket for the forest hot spring house is 2 large and 1 small. There are only 2 tooth sets, bath towels and bathrobes, not to mention children's supplies. I soaked in the hot springs the night I checked in, and the bathrobes and towels were all wet. Please ask the front desk the next day. They sent us three dry bathrobes. The reply from the front desk was that it was not allowed. They have regulations that each room can only have two bathrobes. If you want to send us, you can only send two bath towels, but the bath towels are very short and the children can only cover them. Up to the knees, how to use it in 10 degree weather in the morning? After repeatedly communicating with them, they reluctantly sent me a bathrobe. 10. High-priced rooms must at least have equal conditions in all aspects. We pay high prices to stay in hotels, but when the conditions are extremely poor, we have to endure noise pollution and cannot sleep. When a hotel outsources its space to businesses, is it just to make money and not consider the guests? As a hotel, you can request and participate in the basic management of the disco bar outsourcing venue, require the disco bar to provide sound insulation facilities, and not disturb people after a certain time. The hotel can also prepare earplugs for guests or provide sound insulation facilities for forest soup houses, or provide guests with This was stated before moving in, but none of the above was considered. Regarding my feedback communication to the hotel late at night, the hotel front desk was very indifferent and told me that few guests had expressed opinions in this regard. When checking out the next day, the front desk took the initiative to tell us that many guests complained about noise nuisance. Are they contradictory? Could it be that the way to solve the problem is to deceive the guests? The front desk shirks the responsibility with just one sentence, saying that the venue is outsourced, and they have nothing to do. Otherwise, they can change us to another forest soup house not far away. Who packs the luggage and carries the child to change rooms at two in the morning? I didn't sleep that night, and it was still noisy even if they were not far apart. 12. After the feedback to the hotel was invalid, I complained to the Ctrip platform. Unexpectedly, a human customer service staff responded to me at 2 o'clock in the morning. I also contacted the hotel. I was deeply moved by the super heartwarming words, and within 12 hours Within hours, he contacted us three times with a positive attitude and apologized constantly. However, the hotel, as the responsible person, only asked the room manager to make a phone call to us at 11 o'clock the next day. At our request, we asked her to come to the room to see the facilities and environment in person. The solution given to us was: Yes Sign the room agreement price, get 4 hot spring tickets, and delay check-out until 4 p.m. We are very disappointed with the result of the negotiation with the hotel management. Our feeling is: the conditions are just like this, and the price is clearly marked. You made your own choice and have opinions, but there is nothing we can do. After all, we have negotiated and communicated with you. With such conditions and attitude, we will not go there again. What are these discounts for?
