Aggressive and offending Front Office Manger - Sergiej Ustynow. How can you insult your customer and name his a silly one ?!!! Lack of any drop of personal culture ! Absolutely rude and not allowing a customer even to provide its approach and finish a sentence. I will claim this to the property's owner for sure ! B

Good spot to start hiking. Friendly personal. A little bit mor fruits an vebetables at the breakfast would be nice. Very tasty food in the restaurant. Extra charge for parking. After all we can recommend it.

- Erstmal gab es eine Preistendenz die nicht nachvollziehbar war. Wir hatten über booking com. einen Preis €366.- statt für das Zimmer €240.- bezahlt. Der Tenor im Hotel lautete "Mal ist der Preis hoch, mal niedrig". Sehr kleines Zimmer + extrem heiß. Außenanlage ziemlich vergammelt + mit Gefahrengut ausgestattet. Frühstücksbuffet sehr langweilig und es wurde NICHTS nachgelegt. Was manche User unter einem tollen Frühstücksbuffet verstehen, konnte man nicht nachvollziehen. Im Restaurant gab es immer die gleiche Karte, suppen waren auch kalt + für Vegetarier gab es rein gar nichts. Und wer möchte schon immer Pommes essen ! Hinterfront des Gebäudes sehr stark vergammelt Nun kommen wir zum positiven Teil dieses Berichts. Personal war sehr sehr freundlich ! Zimmer war immer sehr sauber hergerichtet ! Faszit: Überteuerter Hotelpreis Aber das ist hier im Gesamtergebnis nicht die Priorität dieser Bewertung. Leider überwiegen mehr die negativen Punkte als die positiven Punkte. Ausgangspunkt für interessante + erholsame Wanderungen.

Fijn hotel al was de eerste indruk wat verouderd.rustige grote kamer,goede bedden,prima service.ontbijt zeker in orde en goedlachs personeel.ook diner was top! Heel hoffelijke en behulpzame mensen.een genot om er te zijn!

Wir haben das Hotel für ein Wander-Wochenende ausgewählt. Die Lage ist perfekt dafür! Das Hotel ist prima, unser Zimmer war sehr schön. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist gut, es gibt alles was man für einen Start in den Tag benötigt. Am Abend haben wir die Sonne auf der Terrasse bei einem guten Essen genossen. Wir können das Hotel empfehlen und kommen auch sehr gerne wieder zu Euch!
