I’m disappointed that I have to leave this unfavorable review as I have had better experiences with this hotel in the past. First, I was traveling from Maine with my severely handicapped sister who was facing a very complex surgery the next morning.  It is not only very difficult for her to walk even with crutches but very risky as a fall could further damage the equipment in her leg.  She cannot put weight on the left leg at all.  I had asked for a room close to the elevator. Second,  the hotel was hosting some garden show event which was obviously more important to them  than their regular travelers. Those guest completely tied up the drive up area unloading who knows what.   We waited as long as we could but finally gave up.  I pulled into a handicap parking place and carefully assisted my sister into the lobby. When I checked in and reminded the clerk that I had a handicapped person with me who she could clearly see, and that I had asked for a room close to the elevator when I made the reservation, she insisted they did not have any but could put us on the main level.  I thought that was good at first until I realized how far we had to walk. It must have been at least 1/4 mile.  It was painful for my sister.  Once I got her into the room, I noticed the shower was not a step in shower.  I went back to the front desk on my way to retrieve our luggage thinking the clerk could have someone bring a chair to the room that would fit in front of the bathtub so we could give my sister the required Hibba shower.  Instead she pulled out a heavy dining room chair and handed it to me. As I mentioned the hotel was the busiest I have ever seen it and there was limited parking.  Should not matter because I am in a handicap slot.  Not so , as my sister forgot her handicap parking permit.  So here I go again to the front desk clerk and asked if there was anything they could do to make sure I did not get a ticket?  No she said “ they do not check that often anyway “.  Sure enough I received a violation of 150.00 even though I left a note on the dashboard. So basically,  no support at all.  No microwave in the room,  which meant that when I needed to warm my sister’s soup, I had to walk all the way from my room to the front lobby to heat her soup.

Here for a tournament. There is a slight smell in room. Baths could be updated. All in all easy on and off highway, close to what we needesld. Pleasant stay. We stayed one night.

I was looking for pool to be open and it wasn't . Over tall the Stay was ok but I booked the room for the pool

Standard Hilton, you can go to Harvard University if you have time

It's just an ordinary business hotel, just stay for a while, it's very quiet, but the room facilities are a bit old, but the bedding and everything are clean, overall it's good, nothing to complain about

The room is very old, the air conditioner is super loud, and the bathroom has a very dirty shower curtain

The hotel is very comfortable, the service is very good, and the location is also in the safe and quiet Dedham. It is convenient to travel, and it takes about 30 minutes to get anywhere. The swimming pool and gym are well-equipped
