Augusta Hotel Motel

Terrible customer service that doesn’t not appreciate their customers. The French manager was rude and abusive in his language towards our group, not happy!! Was disparaging and disrespectful, we have been her other times before and never had this issue. Very very disappointing

Clean, spacious rooms, but outdated - could use some TLC. Parking right in front of your room. The restaurant is across the street and tends to get very busy at night. Good bed, enough covers to keep you warm and as everywhere in Aussie, cooker, coffee and milk are available.

Stayed for one night in Room 8 (Queen room overlooking the river). Small room with basic facilities, clean and tidy. The room seemed to have had a freshen up fairly recently. Good airconditioner in the room. Bed was a little firm for my liking. Had a lovely view of the river but the windows were quite dirty. Good water pressure, plenty of soap provided but no shampoo so take your own. Ate in the restaurant, nice pub style meals. Beer garden has fantastic views of the river and ocean. Reception was friendly. Good spot for an overnight stay. Parking at your door. Breakfast options a short walk up the street.

Amazing views of the southern ocean and Blackwater river in Augusta, great pub feeds friendly staff and cold beer Stopped in for a lunch and a few pints while tracking through Augusta: highly recommend stopping here if your looking for the same.

The hotel was first established in 1912. Located in the centre of town, overlooking the Blackwood river. We had a queen bed in a room overlooking the river. It had recently been repainted and had new carpet and a new timber floor. The room wasn't air-conditioned, but had a new wall mounted convection heater, an electric fan heater and a pedestal fan. Parking was available close to our room. Lunch and dinner were available in the hotel.
