The Hosteller Mussoorie by the Streamside, Kempty

Ambience is good, Cleanliness is bit question as the spiders and mosquitos are there and they enter into your room from spaces below the door and from ceilings They say that you can come early and they have common toilets and bathroom to freshen up, but this was not what they said, only one toilet is there and no common bathroom, so very difficult for ladies to fresh up, so we faced the issue as we reached their by 10 AM and have to wait to fresh up until 1 AM to check in. Also, they say that locker facility available to keep the baggage, but they don't have any locker facility, instead you have to put your baggages into the common game room with no lockers, and you have to be their to look at that. So I request Hosteller to have this common amenities be available for guests in case they come early. We wasted our 3 hours only to wait at hotel to fresh up. Food - they have Common Kitchen for Veg and Non- Veg. So it's not advisable for Strict Vegetarians, but you can get the pure Veg restaurants at nearby places. And they also guide on this as to where we can get the pure Veg restaurants.

The property is very amazing and location it's to much amazing and we stay 2 night I have make very amazing memories with my friends and the staff is very friendly and owner is also very good person I have personal suggestions please must visit this property

There is no room service if you are booking persnol room then plz dont book this stay there is no room favility is there ,self service is there no tv facility so dont book persnol room for this .if u r going solo or with frnds this is good

One of the best hosteller, with sound of water stream, location is bit tricky for first time solo traveller traveling from public transport but can be very easily reached by taxi (1000+) or scooty (₹500), Nearby places- mini hike to kempty waterfall and secret waterfall, Lake mist, and night bonfire are great. Cafe is good for sandwich (₹120) and paratha (60-100) and chai(20) Dorm room are spacious and private room are having good view and privacy. For public transport traveller,-you can take bus from dehradun railway bus stand to mussoorie and then either scooter (₹500)or take lift(₹100,easily available) or by bus(only available in morning 8:30 am)
