What a great home with everything we needed. Perfect location. Definitely enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I will rent it again the next time i go to Deland

Thoughtful Touches
This property is set up perfectly for parents with children or for folks who each need their own space. Four bedrooms and three full bathrooms! Modernized home with lots of thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable.

Housing for rowing camp at lake
We were a group of 4 rowers up from Miami. This was a modest but well-equipped cottage. Host was great, very responsive and helpful. Kitchen is nice, with most things you would need including utensils, spices, sugar and the like. Bedrooms are small, with 2 having bunk beds and sharing a bath. Baths were remodeled but when 4 sweaty athletes come back and need to shower at once before dinner, hot water ran out. It was good for our purpose, as we basically just slept there but otherwise spent little time there.

DeLand House
Exactly as listed, and very convenient. The house is configured to allow for a very comfortable stay, with the multiple bedrooms, large living area and well stocked kitchen. Additional amenities such as a pool, hot tub with TV, and easy access to the downtown Deland area make this a very flexible location.

Perfect for our needs and very clean
Just what our family of 5 needed for our two night stay. We didn't use the kitchen or the backyard amenities because of our schedule, but the kitchen looked to be well equipped.
There are enough beds to sleep 8 people and it was nice to have 3 full baths.
A couple of things to note: the bedroom window blinds are translucent, so sleep masks were a must for us. Also, the extra charge for more than 4 people in a place with so many beds seems excessive. But we had a nice stay and Joshua was a great host.

Great Weekend Spot
Nice house for quick stay. Kitchen / dining area is great, bedrooms are comfy, and fenced back yard worked well for our small group.
