從進酒店就感覺特別好，有獨立的院子，停車方便，前台服務人員特別有禮貌，遞房卡都是雙手的，一看就是培訓過，讓人心裏非常舒服。房間也非常乾淨，暖氣足，因為乾燥還配備了加濕器，衞生間還有一次性馬桶墊，讓人意想不到。另外一定要提早餐廳，乾淨，選擇性多，讓人吃的也放心。地理位置也很好，離海子詩歌紀念館很近，附近還有美食城，在德令哈訂過好幾次酒店，這一次的酒店超出了我的預期，以後我也衹會選擇這一家酒店。

是來這邊考試的也是第一次來德令哈更是第一次評價 是因為感受到了用心 嘻嘻 酒店真的太好咯 無論是服務還是酒店用品 都透露出品質和細心 而且早餐也特別好吃！！！房間號都很浪漫 總之強推！

地理位置好，離海子詩歌記念館可步行到達，巴音河很美，停車場巨大非常好停，房間也是可以，早餐可以吃飽，就是洗澡水太小了，根本沖洗不乾淨似的，哎～

整個西北大環線服務最差的酒店，服務員的傲慢不知道從何而來？因為是4星，開了一天的車，本身就有一點高反，4點多剛睡着，7點的時候整個樓道都是敲門聲，不知道是服務員，還是領隊，，但是7點半，樓道的對講機又在門口響，穿上衣服告訴服務員是否可以小聲點，服務員來了句，聲小了我就聽不到了，服氣了，這個酒店衹適合旅遊團！看來在德令哈想睡個好覺真不容易，早上退房，前台幾分鐘都沒人！看看對講機就在我門口，服務員在裏面，他要聽到對講機的聲音！不推薦！

雖然住了一晚，但是覺得很不錯。從停車的保安大叔到前台工作人員，都很專業。
房間夠大，夠舒適，還贈送了迎客酸奶。
早餐也很好吃，品種很豐富。
唯一的遺憾是房間衹配備4瓶礦泉水，多要一瓶水需花2元錢，雖然💰不多，但是客户體驗不太好。建議可以不送酸奶，換成水。
另外，WiFi使用方法印刷在房卡上，太小，容易忽略，建議可以打印成A4紙放在房間床頭櫃上。

【房型】親子套房，攜程預訂1259元/天。
【硬件】
1、沒有空調，大概因為這邊的氣候用不上。
2、電動窗簾，充電位佈設合理。
3、傢俱，雖然簡單，但實用。
4、衞生間，乾濕分離，設施簡陋，毛巾發黃。
5、卧具，軟硬適中。
6、面積，房間面積比一般的標準間要大，寬敞。
【早餐】花樣中規中矩，餐具竟然是塑料的。
【服務】送酸奶、礦泉水。
【總體印象】與房價相比，設施、服務、餐飲有差距。

中規中矩的老牌酒店，從門僮到前台服務都蠻熱情的，之前預訂時候備註的要求均能一一滿足，這一點還是蠻好的，我們3户人家出行相互竄門就比較方便，入住各方面都還行，早餐要是再豐富一點就好了！
