Perfect location in Delray Beach, only a 1.5 mile walk or bike to the beach. This home is fully updated. EVERYTHING is brand new, and catered for the traveler. It boasts an huge back patio / entertaining area. A large 30' x15' heated swimming pool with sunshelf, huge hot tub, Tiki bar with TV and bluetooth stereo, outside and covered dining / relaxing areas, golf putting green. Even bring your boat up to 28ft, secure gated storage onsite, ramp into ICW 2 miles away. As requirement of my insurance company, OUTSIDE areas are monitored by security cameras. There is one camera on the front of the house and one on side of the house facing the pool and spa. Cameras are capable of recording, but NOT monitored. Nov 2024 We stayed at Ocean Reef Paradise recently and had an amazing time! The house was clean! We loved all of the beautiful artwork! We never wanted to leave the outdoor space with the Tikki bar, pool, hot tub and yard games! Darryl was an amazing host! Best rental I’ve stayed at in a long time!

Great Stay in Delray We had a wonderful time in Darryl's home! The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was beautiful and very spacious. The tanning ledge was perfect for our 4 year old who was a little scared to venture into the 3 feet water. We also enjoyed the hot tub and tiki bar. Darryl was excellent with communication and very accommodating to any questions or requests we had. Really nice and flexible guy. Highly recommend his as a host. (One very minor thing to take note of, is to make sure you pack enough shampoo, etc. We were used to most rentals having a starter bottle, but it w.as no big deal at all to go pick some up from the local Target.)

All around amazing! Absolutely wonderful stay! The house is gorgeous, well stocked, private, and close to local attractions. We had plans to visit the beach but enjoyed the pool and tiki area so much we never made it out there. Looking forward to coming back for another stay sooner rather than later. Thanks again Darryl!

Family Vacation We stayed here for a short getaway for spring break. The outdoor space was incredible. We were minutes from Delray Beach and several restaurants.

Great place to stay Had a wonderful parent’s weekend with my daughter and grandmother here. Location was great for running errands and going back and forth to college. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing and catching up. Host was quick to answer questions. Great place to stay!
