На 5 дней к Дню рождения забронировали отель(-15% имениннику)Добирались от аэропорта Домодедово 15 км(такси 2тыс)Номер хороший,уборка ежедневно,всё необходимое имеется! Завтрак шведский стол вполне приемлимо Бассейн с подогревом уличный очень порадовал,полотенце на лежак выдают!Еда в кафе так себе,а цены кусачие(Выручал магазин Дикси рядомЭлектромобиль по территории 500руб час,кресло массажное 15 мин=150 руб,есть книги взрослые/детские,небольшая игровая внутри и на улице,велосипеды кататься)Шиншилла Соня в клеткеВ целом хорошо провели время,спасибо персоналу,стараются!

Самое плохое место!!! Не езжайте.... персонал плохой. Грязно. Еды нет. Не работала баня. Ничего не восполняется ...заинтересованности в клиенте нет.. Есть лучше и дешевле места. Не понимаю этот рейтинг, как правило , я всегда выше ставлю, чем общмй рейтинг ,не притязательны . Но тут был полный трэш, все 2 дня ...ни еды, ни отдыха, ни обслуживания.

Бармен всё портит. Смотрит прямо в рот во время еды. Слишком услужлив, тошнит . Больше не поедем.. Будем искать другой.. Хотя часто были в отеле одни. Не дорожат клиентами.. Пусть дорожат нерусскими барменами. Раньше там были нормальные русские бармены, проблем не было

Хорошее, тихое и уютное место для отдыха от городской суеты! Место. В часе езды от МКАД. Территория не большая, но уютная и достаточная для прогулок на свежем воздухе. Номер "Стандарт". Небольшой, чистый и уютный, с наличием всего необходимого для комфортного размещения. Недостаток шкафа, компенсирует вместительный комод и вешалки для одежды. Персонал. Начиная с приветливой встречи на рецепшене и продолжая общение с любым сотрудником отеля, складывается однозначное впечатление о доброжелательном и внимательном к вам отношении. Порадовала постоянная готовность персонала всегда помочь и решить любой вопрос. Ресторан. Очень вкусно! Шеф-повару - респект! Уха, бефстроганов, шашлыки - огонь! Официантам отдельное спасибо! СПА. Сауна-бассейн-джакузи! Везде чисто! Достаточно часа, что бы хорошо расслабится, хотя по времени нас не ограничивали и доп услуг не навязывали. Так же ко всему добавила настроения хорошо организованная праздничная программа на 23 февраля! Вообщем, отдых удался! Приедем ещё и в тёплое время года. Отель рекомендую! Команде отеля желаю успехов и процветания!

Персонал прям очень понравился, спасибо вам за улыбки и душевность. Официант Фарух - отдельная звезда этому отелю. Большая игровая детская на улице и в холле очень порадовала! Еда качественная и вкусная. Готовят быстро! Это важно. Завтраки были включены. Выбор хороший. Спали сладенько и тихо. Номера чистые. Было очень много семей именно с детьми. Своеобразный знак качества. Обязательно вернёмся!
