"Parking not so user friendly for longer cars especially if it's at a few levels up. Beddings was so wrinkled and the single bed had only a duvet cover as blanket. Floor / bath mats were old and dirty. Toilet seat was loose. Furnitures were quite wobbly too. Cleanliness can be further improved (many ants on the floor). No shower gel and shampoo provided. More hooks needed in the bathroom too. People in charged of the unit did not bother to reply to query made."

"The BellSuites complex has a great location, we stayed for the third time for 1 night. Not far from the airport. The room this time was terrible. In the evening, small cockroaches crawled out of all the cracks. They even crawled on the bed linen, on the pillows, on the sofa. We had to keep all the luggage closed so as not to take them with us. My wife did not sleep all night, she was afraid that they would start crawling on her. I do not recommend this room, 0 points out of 5"
