Premier Inn Manchester (Denton)

We have been up all night no sleep very loud banging and running about I went here because my little boy has a football match this morning and none of us have had much sleep we even out the fan on and still could here the loud noises coming from the top of us

Me and hubby came to stay here for a little visit to Manchester (yes out of towners) we had a big night planned and in all honesty wasn’t expecting much from the hotel. We literally planned on meeting friends for drinks and probably having a late one. Anyways, during our stay I thought it was worth mention one of the staff who we bumped into. We needed some extra coffees, sugar and milk (especially day after) and we bumped into Kristy in the corridors, she was more than happy to give us some coffee and did it with a smile, it was refreshing and certainly my mood for the day. So thank you and keep up the good work.

Pleasant and helpful greeting on arrival. We booked breakfast for the following morning but due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to contact reception to cancel the breakfast. The receptionist was very helpful in response and as we left, the manager was already aware and kindly offered to get the breakfast charges refunded. That was a nice touch! The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable and nice and quiet. We will visit again a we have relatives and friends in the area. Thank you.

Lovely get away to meet up with friends. Rooms are perfect everything you need, you can even get a iron and ironing board. Staff who work here make this place honestly so friendly day and night well done to all. Thank you for a great 2 night stay.

If you’re disabled and you’ve not got COPD or emphysema before visiting - you will after your stay. The room absolutely stunk of cigarettes - the team room is next door so I think the staff go “out back” to smoke forgetting the smell comes into the rooms and impregnate the fabrics! Reason 1 of staying here - we had chosen this for the EV charger which apparently you can’t use overnight. VERY helpful I’ve you’ve just driven 300 miles and need to do the same the next day. Not. The staff didn’t know anything about it saying it’s not their machine - mm yes but surely this is something you will be asked? Reason 2 - I’m a premier inn fan. I love the beds and refused to stay locally in other competitors because of this. We got put in a disabled room and I’m telling you now- that is not a premier inn mattress. It was like sleeping on the floor on cardboard box with a piece of toast as a pillow - apparently being disabled doesn’t get you equality ? But does get poor standards (I guess they may not know otherwise right??) I wish we’d have slept in the car in all honesty £120 for 6 hours where it wasn’t comfortable and we couldn’t charge our car anyway. Poor show - my first ever premier inn failure!

We booked several rooms as we were in the area for a wedding. I have stayed in several Premiers before as they all reach a good standard and we know what to expect. However, we did not expect this to be such a lovely stay. Nothing was too much trouble and every single one of the staff was super friendly and so good at what they do! By far the best Premier I’ve been to! Huge thanks to all of the staff there this past weekend - hope the management recognise just how good this place is!

The room smelt like cigarettes and you could hear neighbors as a locked door connected two rooms. We asked to move rooms and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They immediately set up our new room and offered to set up the extra bed. The pillows were great and so were the mattresses. Room generally clean and shower was nice. Overall decent place to stay :)

The room was amazing with every thing working and was the cleanest room I have ever seen. The room service and all the employees were the best and extremely kind. The restaurant was great with food tasting really delicious and service was one of the best I know. I will absolutely recommend this for whoever wants a great night at a hotel for like the weekend.

A good premier inn stayed on a work outing the staff was very nice room was tidy & clean. noisy as the m60 runs at the side of it but again could'nt really here it with the window shut Also the shower was brilliant prob the best premier inn shower i've had. The free wi-fi wasn't brill but its free. The food next door and service was outstanding (Natalie) was one busy lady a big well done to all the staff there.
