"There were pros and cons. Hotel not in a convenient location for tourists visiting. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Air-conditioner and refrigerator need to be switched off to sleep as they are too noisy. Mould in the bathroom. Service was good though."

The location is ideal: just steps from the Free MallRide bus, making it easy to get to Union Station, and very close to 16th Street Mall with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast was generous and varied, with options to suit different tastes. Staff were helpful and check-in was smooth. Overall, this is a top-notch, convenient, and comfortable base for exploring Denver."
