Booked this hotel because it had a kitchenette. However, there was zero cookware, dishware or cutlery. Effectively useless. The door to our room was so poorly fitted it took many attempts just to get it open. Generic design, pretty poorly thought through. Generally the staff we had on the first night was extremely unhelpful. (Second night was better)

My overall experience at the Best Western Premier Denver East was very satisfactory. The location is convenient, close to main roads and the medical park, with excellent transport links (e.g., only about 4.5 km from Anschutz Medical Park). The hotel boasts comprehensive facilities, including a seasonal outdoor pool, a 24-hour fitness center, self-service laundry, and a business center. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with soft beds, and the work area and amenities such as a refrigerator and microwave were practical. The staff were generally friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The only downside was that breakfast was an extra charge, but overall, I would still highly recommend it.
