I expected the hotel to be a little better than it was but for the price it was ok. You get what you pay for. There was a little roach crawling on one of the pillows in one of the beds. I know things happen but it was a little disturbing. Staff was nice and easy check in. Shuttle was on time.

To travel to Yellowstone Park, I specially chose this hotel with airport bus. But we got off the plane and called and asked, saying that we can wait somewhere, and we leave every half hour. The result is that there are no cars left and right, and other hotels have cars one after another. We called again and said it was coming soon, and then we waited and it didn't work. Almost an hour later, they called again and they said they didn't know what was going on, and now they are looking for a car. Then it took another ten minutes before the car came. It was almost 10:30 when we arrived at the hotel. We left the airport at 9:00 and waited for an hour hungry at night. I'm so angry, it's not an exaggeration to give a bad review!

As with traveling at this time of the year, quite busy. But staff at check was very friendly and helpful, and should be commended. My room and amenities was outstanding, as was the shuttle service.
