The bathrooms were clean, but some of the showers were broken and the water pressure was very weak, making it difficult to adjust the temperature, so I had to check in advance whether they were available. Perhaps because the building is old, the doors made a loud squeaking noise when opening and closing. The kitchen was attached to the bar, making it difficult to use. On days when the bar was open until late at night, the noise carried all the way to the bedroom, so earplugs were a must if you wanted to sleep. The entrance to the kitchen was closed in the early morning and could not be used. The air conditioning in the bedroom was too loud, so earplugs were a must if you wanted to sleep. Water dripped from the air conditioning vents in the ceiling, like a leak, which was a bit of a hassle. Previous guests' personal belongings were left by the bedside, so I don't trust the bed making.

It's a historic building, but very clean. It's a 15-minute walk from Union Station and just a stone's throw from Coors Field. It has a fully equipped kitchen, bar, and lounge!

The room and bathroom are generally clean. The bed is very soft. The only drawback is that there is always no one at the front desk. The bar downstairs is very noisy. The parking fee at the door is very expensive. Overall, it is very good. Highly recommended.
