The stay was excellent. The hotel had a very fast and efficient check in process. The room was a lot larger than expected which was definitely a welcome surprise. The place was very quiet and the staff were a big help. We accidentally misread the checkout time for our room while we were out for brunch. When we got to the hotel and our key cards stopped working, one of the staff members went out of her way to get us into our room so we could collect our belongings. I would also like to mention the greeting card that the staff left for us in the room at check in. Those little touches are the things that really elevate the experience. Highly recommend, would love to stay again!

Avoid This Hotel – Zero Compassion for Guests in Emergencies I had a reservation for 3 nights at this hotel but was unable to check in because my flight was canceled due to a severe winter storm. Despite providing proof of the flight cancellation and the uncontrollable circumstances, the hotel refused to reimburse me or offer any form of assistance. This level of inflexibility and lack of empathy is unacceptable, especially in situations beyond a guest's control. Travelers need accommodations that understand the unpredictability of travel, not establishments that prioritize profits over people. If you value customer service and peace of mind, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This hotel clearly doesn’t care about its guests once they have your money.

We booked last minute so I understand that there was limited availability. We were told there was a mini refrigerator and there wasn’t. Nowhere to put your toiletries that we brought. The chairs where uncomfortable.

Room was spotless with a nice view. Close to good restaurants. The staff texted me the day of my arrival because their card machine was makfunctioning

Clean, well priced, lots to walk to Great little spot in the highlands! Self checkin only, but worked well and only took about two minutes. Room was exceptionally clean, and AC was excellent on a hot summer day. Many coffee shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk!

Room was very welcoming and comfortable. The location was also great.
