It was indeed a great place to stay when in Denver. Easy to navigate and locate. With nearby public parking and vallet. Not that new but since we are always out, its a great place to sleep. With bath and personal amenities (you just need to ask). Good deal for its price. Will stay again here next time. 😊👍🏻

The location is excellent, it is very convenient in the city centre, shopping and eating around. Hotel facilities are new, very clean and upscale, the service is friendly, the phone is hot and so on.

The hostel conditions are average, but indeed there are very limited hostel options in Denver. Location is ok, right on the road, but usually there are not many people on the street at night. The hostel organises some sightseeing activities and has time to participate.

Came for a meeting in the village in the city. Very small room. Nothing. And it was very noisy at night. I didn't like it. The only advantage is that you can eat as long as you want in the buffet and no one will bother you 😂 The attitude of the service staff is still very good. It's just that there is really... nothing in the room

The hotel is relatively new, rooms are spacious, breakfast is Ok. But, be prepared to spend 10-30 minutes waiting for the elevator and in the breakfast hours or check in hours it might take even longer. When checking out I had to use the stairs to get down from 8th floor after waiting 20 minutes for the elevator!!! The general service is also almost absent. I asked to bring bedding to the room for my kid and prepare the sofa, they said they they have no staff , but promised at least to bring bedding to the room. Four hours later - nothing happened. I had to get back to reception and eventually received it there and had to do everything myself

Nice hotel, but a bit dated in the rooms. My carpet had a big wet spot when I got to room, that was weird. No spot above in ceiling, not sure what it was from. Housekeeping neglected to come the first day but they did come the second day at 8:30am. Knocked once - literally once - and then just opened the door themselves as I was on my way to open the door. Really frustrating to just let herself in with only one knock. Waited about 10 seconds, if that. I did let the front desk know when I checked out. Balcony could use a little more updated furniture, as well. Room is big! Isaiah and Priya (sp??) at front desk were amazing when I checked in.

It was a little scary location because of a few homeless people were around the hotel. All the staff were very nice and kind. The shower in the bathroom was not much pressure though but other than that we liked there.

Highly recommend this hotel, the staff was amazingg. Every staff member helping us were very friendly and helpful. We travelled from Texas to elope and were wanting to check in very early, they didn’t have anything but that was expected being that we arrived at 8 am! Although they didn’t have one ready they STILL gave us free breakfast! On top of that they gave us free drinks at the bar as a newly wed gift! Again not expected. The chef also came out later when we went to the bar at night and gifted us delicious dessert, this hotel made us feel welcomed in Colorado . We def. Will be back.

Great hotel with good breakfast. Parking is difficult, but that is true about anywhere. I ended up parking in a nearby parking garage using a parking app on my phone. Otherwise, location is very central and close to 16th Street. Very walkable and safe location for leisure or business trips.

We had a nice stay in Hampton,walkable to City center.rAlso good breakfast and unlimited coffee and drinks anytime you want.Tnx to Mr.Herman,for being so accommodating and helpful during our check-in.He was so kind and that he even he gave us a bag of goodies us a welcome gift.Tnx so mch Mr.Herman,you made our stay in Hampton memorable.
