The hotel location is very near to see the Sunrise of the Meili Snow Mountain. Service is good and room is very nice. Food is of typical Shangri-La style Mee Xian, eggs and porridge. As we were there in late Oct, there was no air conditioning and relied on natural air, the room can be a bit warm. The overall experience of the hotel is still very good.

應該屬於德欽縣上中上等酒店了，綜合最能打，審美，設施，衞生，早餐都不錯，就是管家反應慢了點，比霧濃頂那些頂奢酒店弱了點，重在性價比，整體感覺不錯的。

裝修風格很棒！服務很好！距離飛來寺觀景台走過去也很方便，離大巴停車場更近！
入住水果很好吃，畢竟高原地區感覺水果不方便，走的時候吃到的早餐也很豐富很棒！
美中不足就是智能馬桶感覺不咋好用，不過問題不大！

酒店位置非常理想，出門徒步幾百米就能到達觀景台可以遠眺梅里雪山，酒店服務很體貼，提前開好了地暖，進門就很温暖，我超愛房間的浴缸，還給到了一次性袋子，夜裡打開炭火，伴隨彌散供養，休息得很好。早餐也很周到，有中西式兩種可以選擇，很難忘的經歷。

一家酒店的好壞，不僅要看順境時的服務，更要看遇到問題時的態度。這次入住就經歷了電壓不穩的情況，但酒店的處理堪稱範本！從響應速度到解決效率，再到真誠的溝通態度，都無可挑剔。硬件上的小瑕疵在所難免，但如此用心、貼心的服務卻不是每家都能做到的。為他們的專業和誠意點贊！（電壓不穩導致電梯故障，服務人員積極幫每個房間搬行李🧳）

環境一般是因為位置不是很好。看不見梅里雪山，但是價格很貴了
衞生：因為是新酒店，衞生還不錯
但是！玻璃不隔音，能聽見路邊的聲音
早餐不喜歡！衹能選AB套餐，不是自助，有些不喜歡吃！
從麗江到香格里拉，基本上住宿結束都會送伴手禮什麼的，這家就沒有。
好像還有煒桑儀式，我們沒提酒店就不提，這個我們沒有享受到。

設施：新開的酒店，設施都非常新，酒店內部很有設計感
服務：管家式服務，服務非常棒，還給我們免費升房

環境好，房間大，裝修有特色，設施全新。服務也好，還升級了房間。停車方便，距離觀景台不遠。關鍵是床品很舒服，不錯的體驗。唯一不足，沒有電視。
