Árbol(Moganshan Yucun)

After much deliberation, this hotel didn't disappoint! It's conveniently located near the bus stop and a transportation hub, making it easy for guests without a car to get around. My room was on the fourth floor, accessible by elevator, and was a spacious mini-suite. It had a private terrace with a small pool, perfect for kids to splash around. The terrace also had an umbrella, table, and chairs, ideal for enjoying a cup of tea, chatting, and taking in the view. Guests receive complimentary coffee daily from the cafe. The breakfast was good, and they even brought sweet soup to my room in the evenings. During my stay, I unfortunately sprained my ankle. The hotel not only sent up ice but also went to the pharmacy to buy disposable ice packs for me, all free of charge – incredibly thoughtful. Before my arrival, they even called to inform me about nearby renovations and set up a concierge group chat to promptly assist me with any issues. Truly fantastic service!

The hotel staff (xiaoguanjia meimei) was incredibly kind and thoughtful. They promptly resolved all our issues and even upgraded our room! The new room was spacious and clean, and they even left us a little gift.

Facilities: This is a new hotel, and the environment is quite good and clean! Breakfast is simple but enough to fill you up. Their shepherd's purse wontons for breakfast are excellent, I had two bowls in a row! 😂 They also arranged welcome fruit and a late-night sweet soup, but I was so full I couldn't eat it, which felt like a waste of their kind gesture. This time, I booked the best Ambergris Tatami room, but honestly, I think the Orchid room would have been enough. Both room types offer views from both sides; the key is to be located near the center! It rained both days I was there, but Moganshan is still beautiful in the rain. 😀

Upgraded to a spacious and comfortable tatami suite on a non-weekend day. The environment was very pleasant, apart from some ongoing renovations at a neighboring shop. It's located right next to Yu Street, which was quiet despite many vacant shops. Also, it's not far from Yucun Square. The butler service was excellent; they proactively checked in with us and communicated beforehand via WeChat.

The hotel boasts a beautiful environment and great views, with pleasant scenery all around. The rooms are clean and very comfortable, and the staff are warm, attentive, and provide excellent service. It was a fantastic stay, highly recommended!

The cookies at the front desk were absolutely delicious! The staff were also very kind and gave us plenty, which the kids absolutely loved – and so did I, haha! The butler was very thoughtful, and the service was excellent!!!

This stay exceeded my expectations! Even with the holiday surcharge, the impeccable service and facilities were absolutely worth it. The hotel has its own parking garage, which made getting around super convenient 👍. The in-room amenities covered all needs wonderfully – there was a speaker, alcohol wipes, makeup remover wipes, mosquito repellent patches… practically every detail was thought of! 😄 Upon check-in, we were offered welcome tea and hand towels. In the room, there were freshly washed fruits, and in the evening, a complimentary snow fungus dessert. The breakfast was also delicious in the morning; while the variety wasn't huge, everything served was tasty! Overall, it's a very well-designed hotel with excellent service, and the silk painting experience was a nice touch too.

I was very satisfied with my stay here. The hotel even upgraded my room, which was a nice touch. Both the in-room amenities and the hotel service were excellent. Breakfast could be delivered to the room, and they even brought a warm, comforting dessert soup in the evening. The hotel is conveniently located on the street, surrounded by many charming artisanal shops, perfect for a leisurely stroll. It's also super close to the Moganshan Yucun Tourist Distribution Center and Yucun Square, yet the area is very quiet at night. Overall, it's ideal for a relaxing getaway.

Highly recommend this hotel! The location is excellent! It's super convenient for getting to Yucun Plaza and the tourist distribution center to go up the mountain. The hotel is right on the roadside, with a cafe on the first floor and a bar and a small exhibition of simple design handicrafts on the second floor. The rooms are large, spacious, bright, and clean, with separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, and all the fixtures are TOTO. Both floor heating and air conditioning are available! There's also a hot dessert soup every evening! The breakfast is delicious too! Very refined! I especially want to highlight the service from the young staff members – they were incredibly enthusiastic, thoughtful, and polite! They actively resolved any issues, called a few days in advance to confirm our itinerary, added us on WeChat, and always checked in on us. During our two-night stay, they constantly looked out for us, whether we were getting up early or going to bed late, and helped with any questions we had when we went out! The hotel itself is within the scenic area, surrounded by an art district and charming small shops! All in all, everything was great! Recommended! The room facilities are in a popular contemporary style, and I particularly recommend the attention to detail!
