The service attitude was excellent, and the entire room and castle 🏰 were incredibly photogenic. All the staff were very enthusiastic ❤️❤️❤️❤️. There's an infinity pool, which the kids absolutely loved, and a children's play area too. Breakfast is a buffet. And the environment? It's indescribable – just sitting in the mountains, sipping coffee ☕, and enjoying the peaceful flow of time.

Naked Castle is a landmark in Moganshan, boasting a rich history from being a British summer retreat to a gathering place for celebrities during the Republic of China era. It's a prime example of the 'foreign-style' guesthouses in Moganshan. While many new luxury resorts have sprung up in the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai region over the years, and the Naked series continues to evolve, Naked Castle's scenery is truly unparalleled. Perched atop a mountain, it offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Moganshan range, with its own private outdoor pool. The themed rooms inside the castle are incredibly unique, making you feel as if you've traveled back to medieval Europe, sharing a dwelling with a diverse group of people. My only minor complaint would be the somewhat understated presence of the staff. Many newer resorts have a more proactive and attentive service approach.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with an excellent location right inside Moganshan. For anyone looking to hike Moganshan, there's no need to go out of your way; the hotel itself is within the scenic area, so you're essentially already there. Our butler, Roger, was incredibly attentive and responsive to all our requests!

Beautiful scenery and strong design aesthetic. Our butler, Anna, provided very attentive service. The hotel offers a wide variety of room types, each with its own unique characteristics. This time, we tried the Cliff View Suite, the Castle Secret Room, and the Luxury Courtyard. We'll definitely look for opportunities to experience more next time. Also, the hotel's Nude Leaf SPA is worth trying again.

Had a wonderful stay, and Lily Chen's service was excellent. If you want to escape the city's hustle and bustle, Naked Castle is the perfect choice. The scenery is beautiful, and the hotel offers plenty of activities. I'll definitely bring my baby back next time; it's also very suitable for family trips.

Staying at Naked Castle was a delightful experience. The room was elegantly decorated and very comfortable, making for a truly pleasant stay. The views from the window were absolutely stunning and captivating. The staff were attentive and meticulous, providing warm and thoughtful service, which made the entire trip incredibly relaxing.

We stayed for one night with our parents and kids, and it was a fantastic experience! The butler, Crystal, created a group chat beforehand to confirm our arrival time and asked about the guests, recommending suitable floors and rooms – very thoughtful. The cliff-side room offers absolutely stunning views. At night, after Deqing city lights dim, you can stargaze. I initially thought the castle restaurant would be expensive, but after eating there, I found it to be excellent value for money. Although we had to wait a little, all the dishes were freshly prepared and of a very high standard, far surpassing any restaurant in the village at the foot of the mountain. For entertainment, there's an infinity pool, billiards, ping-pong, pottery, archery, and more. It's not crowded, so you can enjoy everything. For pottery, you need to queue early; we missed out at 10 AM. Friends told me the spa is also top-notch, so I'll try it next time. Finally, I have to mention the photoshoot. Each room gets three complimentary photos. The photographer was incredibly patient, and the photo editor was kind and beautiful. There was absolutely no hard-selling. I initially thought of buying a few extra photos, but then I was told that since we had three rooms, we could get nine photos! The photography, composition, and editing were simply superb. I also want to thank Crystal and Lily again for their patience and understanding. It was hot, which can be stressful, and we encountered a few minor issues. After effective communication, the cause was quickly identified and resolved efficiently. **Facilities:** The cliff-side room is fully equipped, and the pastoral cabin offers good value for money. **Hygiene:** Clean and tidy. There were some small insects in the castle during the evening. **Environment:** Absolutely stunning. **Service:** Probably the best service I've ever experienced in a hotel. **On-site travel photoshoot:** I've already reviewed it above. All I can say is it's worth the money. If it wasn't so hot, I would have done a whole session!

This truly lives up to its reputation as the best hotel in Moganshan. The environment and scenery are absolutely top-notch. We stayed in a two-bedroom villa, and the hotel proactively communicated with us about children's amenities and supplies. The courtyard had a massage bathtub, which both the kids and my parents loved. The bedding was also quite comfortable. The only minor drawback was that for a room rate of over 7k, there wasn't a dedicated butler service, just a customer service WeChat contact. The older staff members provided excellent service, but the newer employees were noticeably unfamiliar with their duties; perhaps more training could be implemented in the future.

Ever since Naked Retreats opened in Moganshan, I've been following their properties there. Finally getting to stay at Naked Castle felt like fulfilling a long-held wish. And as expected, it was a pleasant surprise and simply stunning! It's mysterious yet accessible, feeling secluded without being too far from civilization. You can switch between the mountain tranquility and the outside world in just half an hour. I'll definitely be back.
