Had a great stay with The Stay Company, Friar Gate. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The self check-in process was straightforward, and the location was convenient. Would be happy to stay again.

Amazing stay at the Stay Company. I appreciate the fresh milk, cereals and hot chocolate provided at the property. Everything was so clean and tidy. The little living room with a couch was very cozy too. The price is very cheap for this standard. I feel sorry for myself that I didn't find the gem earlier. But I'll definitely stay there again next time I come to Derby.

We went here for the weekend as we had a function in Derby. It was a last minute booking and it was more than expected.
15min walk to the Derbion mall, Bus 8 or G just opposite the apartment and 7 to 10 min on Uber.
Attended the cinema and it was fun 😁
Hindsight: Home away from home.

Great accommodation with secure parking, everything we needed for our stay.
We could hear the guests above us and when using the stairs but I think they were probably just very noisy

Easy to find and access, good gated parking, lovely and clean apartment, the milk and cereal was a welcoming and thoughtful touch, would recommend and would stay again
