I was ripped off by the hotel manager. He tricked my friend and I into going on a hot air balloon ride, and made us spend 200 Euros each, while other tourists only spent less than 100 US dollars. This hotel is not stable!

Hotel was rustic and built into the caves. Room was unique but did get warm at times as there was no AC. Staff was outstanding, especially Tahir who made certain all our needs were met. Handled our luggage up steep flights of stairs, helped us find a good wine bar/restaurant and insured we were given the hotel discount. He made our stay!

The hotel is very pretty, with an amazing view. 8 min walk to downtown which is perfect. Tahir at reception and the lady of the kitchen (don’t know her name sorry) were very kind.

We had a wonderful stay at Melekler Evi Cave Hotel. The room was quiet, spacious, and very comfortable, and the views from the balconies were truly a highlight of our time in Cappadocia. Special thanks to Halit and Tahir, who were both friendly, charming, and incredibly helpful, making us feel very welcome. Their warm hospitality made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommended!

What a charming hotel! We were greeted by Halit who was the friendliest and most hospitable host we’ve had in Türkiye so far. He arranged a room upgrade and our ‘room’ was more of a suite, with a covered terrace, king bed, spare bedroom and spa bath. The other staff couldn’t have been more helpful and the kittens were an adorable bonus! Breakfast buffet had a good variety and there was a choice of terraces with beautiful views to eat or lounge on. I would happily return here!
