Poor breakfast and juice ran out at 10am without anyone refilling it (breakfast ended at 10.30am), don't take the pancakes because they are horrible. We have been waiting for the pre-authorization money back for two days since we have already paid for the check out, so for now we have paid twice, this seems to us an absurd practice especially for people with financial difficulties and with expenses that they have to pay soon term.
