Recommended by a friend, and overall it was pretty good. It's located halfway up Baiyun Mountain, and the environment is excellent. My only concern was that there didn't seem to be many staff, and even the female staff had to help with luggage. The breakfast was just average; not many options, and definitely not as delicious as some reviews claimed. Also, regarding the transportation, we were picked up by the hotel's own car, but for our departure, they used a different car, which felt a bit strange. Their restaurant also has quite a few hidden charges, though the food itself was decent. Make sure to ask for clarification if you plan to eat there.

Guest UserHighly recommend this hotel! The experience exceeded my expectations. The butler service was exceptionally warm and thoughtful, especially Shirley, who called beforehand to arrange the room – truly a nice touch. After checking in, they were always responsive and easy to communicate with whenever I needed anything. The room environment was excellent, and the 55th-floor lobby offers an incredible view. The hotel's decor is aesthetically pleasing, perfect for photos everywhere. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, with both service and facilities being top-notch. My stay was hassle-free and comfortable, making it perfect for both leisure and business trips. Definitely worth experiencing!

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I'm still very satisfied and really like it. As soon as you enter the hotel, the air conditioning is a comfortable blast of cold air, and it smells great. There are many amenities available on the first floor. The front desk service was excellent; they even upgraded my room. The projector in the room was very clear, and everything was clean. As someone with sensitivities, I found the bedding very comfortable, and they clearly put a lot of thought into the pillows! I will definitely consider staying here again next time!

Guest UserThe hotel's environment is pretty good, located within a creative park. There were even summer market stalls in the park, which was fun to walk around. The hotel itself has a lot of character, the room style is fantastic, and the service attitude was also great. Overall, a five-star rating!

XiaobudianerererererMy first time in Guangzhou was fantastic! I'll definitely be staying here again next time I visit. The staff were all so kind and welcoming. As soon as my taxi pulled up, someone was there to help with my luggage. The room was huge and super clean, and the extensive use of red cave stone was really beautiful. The bedding and linens were high-thread-count and very comfortable. Plus, having a mall right downstairs made shopping incredibly convenient. They were also very prompt and professional in helping resolve any issues. My trip was too rushed this time to try the dining or the cakes, but next time I'd love to stay a whole day without even leaving the hotel!

My parents were happy with it, and that's all that matters. We specifically booked it for the private hot spring, and I was pleasantly surprised to find the room was quite spacious, which was a plus. My only minor quibble is that there aren't many public baths, and it would be great if there were more entertainment options.

Decided to take a spontaneous trip during the May Day holiday and looked into nearby resorts. Mulian Zhuang came highly recommended for its overall value for money, so we decided to give it a try. We arrived on the afternoon of the 30th, which helped us avoid the peak rush. From the parking attendant to the front desk staff and the shuttle bus driver, everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. The front desk kindly upgraded our room to one by the lake, which was incredibly comfortable and offered a more peaceful environment. The first day was a bit chilly, but lying on the balcony deckchair, listening to the birds and the sound of the water, was incredibly relaxing. It really helped us achieve our vacation goals, haha! The hotel itself is designed like a garden, with rooms scattered across the hillside, connected by small paths. This layout ensures minimal disturbance between guests. Taking a leisurely stroll around is lovely, and if you don't feel like walking, you can always 'call' for the park shuttle, which is very convenient. If you're looking for peace and quiet, soaking in the hot springs or swimming here are excellent choices. I was so engrossed in the scenery that I barely took any photos!

I loved the stunning night view of the Canton Tower, though the room we were given was slightly off-center for viewing it directly. The service was excellent. The red bean pastry for breakfast was delicious, but we expected it to be bigger; it was actually tiny and cute. Too bad we arrived late, or we would have ordered a few more. Also, I enjoyed the atmosphere and live music at the bar upstairs, even though the snacks weren't great.

This is my go-to hotel every time I'm in Guangzhou for a business trip, and it's genuinely great! It's a convenient 6-8 minute walk to the subway station, making getting around super easy. Downstairs, on both sides, there are tons of eateries, so you'll never have to worry about finding food.
The hotel's decor has a fantastic vibe and a great style. The public area has washing machines and dryers, which is incredibly essential and practical, especially with Guangzhou's hot and humid weather requiring daily laundry.
In the rooms, the sink and shower are separate, which is particularly convenient when girls are staying together. The front desk and staff are all super friendly and welcoming, making for a very comfortable and heartwarming stay.
By the way, on the way to the subway, there's an amazing cheong fun (rice noodle rolls) place, and their claypot rice is really authentic. There are also bakeries and duck specialty shops, offering a wide variety of delicious options for everyday cravings. It's excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Guangzhou!
