The second stay was obviously not as good as the first time. The deposit was 50 knives the first time and 150 knives the second time. The service attitude was not good and the needed bottled water and band-aids were not available.

Among its many strong qualities re comfort, hygiene, convenience & value for money, the Hampton Inn Syracuse DeWitt is one of the most pet-friendly places I have stayed. The staff are genuinely concerned about their guests and their pets. I haven't found better service anywhere in North America. Bravo to the team at Syracuse DeWitt.

We loved our stay here. The hotel manager was so welcoming it made you feel at home. There were beautiful holiday decorations throughout the lobby and main floor. Would certainly stay here next time we are in town.

Extremely clean. Wonderful friendly staff. The young women who worked on the Friday evening until 10:30 was fantastic. Very friendly and kind person. Very helpful when I asked a question. She is the kind of staff you want to keep forever. Great human being. Thank-You so much to her for all her kindness and for answering all my questions!

Love the smart tv. Able to sign into our Netflix account. Rooms are modern with remote controlled shades. Breakfast was great too. Highly recommended!

This is a great hotel to stay at for SU events. My only advice to this chain and most others is to install a magnifying makeup mirror in the bathroom, like Four Seasons have. They don’t cost that much.
